  1. Cam Johnson and Bridges are perfect players to fit around Ben Simmons. Let Simmons have the ball in his hands, gain back some confidence when he's not playing with other superstars, and see if you can find other players to fit in around him.
  2. Well, that changes things a bit, doesn't it? Great deal for thr Suns, as long as they can pull off a championship this year or next.
  3. Conley is a great pick up for them. Already has chemistry with Rudy Gobert, will look to pass more to Ant and KAT then Russell did, and has playoff experience.
  4. Trade is done. Westbrook to the Jazz along with two bench players from the Lakers and a lightly protected first round pick in 2027. Beasley and Vanderbilt and D'Angelo Russell to the Lakers. Conley to the Wolves. Not the best trade for the Jazz, but it clears $60 million in cap space and Ainge reportedly has his eyes on a star player.
  5. Do it. Give me all those sweet future Lakers picks. Who signs Westbrook after his buyout from Utah? Goes back to Washington? Out of the league?
  6. Alright, now that that is out of the way, let's get to the trade deadline, watch the Lakers make no moves and LeBron will be "hurt" the rest of the year when he realizes they don't stand a chance at winning.
  7. So, anybody putting money down on LeBron breaking the scoring record tonight? Only 36 points away.
  8. Give it until summer, he'll be asking for another trade.
  9. Nothing official. Probably won't be any big moves until the Nets and KD decide what they're going to do with KD. I fully expect the Jazz to at least trade Jarred Vanderbilt. I'm guessing he goes to either Portland or Atlanta. I'm hoping we get rid of Rudy Gay, but can't see anybody clamoring to get him.
  10. There's been a lot of rumors of the Jazz trading for Westbrook, mainly to get the Lakers picks from 2027 and 2029. Thinking that far in advance drives me nuts. Who can predict anything that far out? A lot of the talk us about it being after LeBron, but that far? The Lakers could easily have another superstar or two by then.
  11. Kyrie has been traded to Dallas, for Spencer Dinwiddie, Dorian Finney-Smith, a first round draft pick, and multiple second round picks.
  12. Kyrie gonna Kyrie and I'm here for the entertainment.
  13. Brock Purdy needs Tommy John surgery, out at least a year. Guess the QB situation in San Fran is cleared up a bit now.
  14. I don't care what y'all say, former University of Utah QB Tyler Huntley is on the Pro Bowl roster and it's awesome.
  15. Disappointing way to end the season. Hopefully next year we can have better luck with the health of our QBs. Time to root for the AFC.
  16. I read a book once where the QB got hurt, but refused to come out of the game. He couldn't throw the ball, so they ran it every play. Can we do that with Purdy instead of having Johnson on the field?
  17. CMC! If the defense can hold, I still think the 49ers can pull this off.
  18. This is the worst possible start.
  19. So much traction that the NBA has responded, saying that every play in question during that Grizzlies game has been reviews and deemed consistent with the rules.
  20. Donovan Mitchell being selected as an All Star Starter makes me incredibly happy.

Is setting up the tag teams in universe mode working? I was trying to set a bunch up a few months ago and the game would freeze after setting up two or three teams.
  22. The All-Star draft will be a segment on TNT this year right before the All-Star game, instead of a few days before like the last couple of years. Please, oh please have all the players line up on the court, the captains in front of them, and pick them one by one. And play shirts and skins. It's a shame KD isn't a captain this year so we can watch him draft Harden with the last pick again, but with Harden staring him down this time.
  23. I'm more interested in what happens with Jimmy G. Raiders? Bucs? A back up somewhere? Depending on what kind of contract he wants, 49ers could potentially sign him as a third string QB. As upset as I still want to be at the Lance pick (unless Lance wins a Super Bowl, I will never get over drafting him instead of Chase or Parsons), we are in a great spot at QB.
  24. I feel like that's how the Cowboys have been since they drafted Romo. Don't try anything new, but expect a different result.
