  1. Nothing can convince me that the lottery isn't rigged most years. The first year with New York, Cleveland getting LeBron,  than getting the number one pick after LeBron left, Bulls getting Rose, New Orleans getting the first pick while the NBA owned them, the numerous times big market teams were put ahead of small market teams. When it works for the NBA and could potentially be big money,  they rig the lottery.

Saying that though, I'm happy that Boston got it this year. Sucks the top of the draft is point guard heavy and they already have IT. And Anige doesn't have the best draft history. But I hope they can pull something off to improve them and knock off Cleveland.

I would be surprised if he leaves, Utah has a star in him and they should just give him all the money.

Gonna be a lot of ridiculous guys getting ridiculous money this offseason though. Porter and Olynyk for example. What a summer to be a free agent.

I could see it happening, sadly. Good team in Boston,  great point guard, his college coach, the number one pick coming in, easier conference. I hope he stays in Utah, but wouldn't be shocked if he left. He's already tried to once.

Boston and LA getting the first two picks doesn't surprise me too much. Philly getting the third pick kinda does. Figured the NBA would be sick of helping them already.

  3. It's been around for a while now. The big superstars do it the most. Can't let the little fans think they're doing anything wrong. I was pretty shocked when Gordon Hayward did it against the Warriors and got away with it. It's probably the most annoying thing in the NBA currently.

In Utah Jazz news, the fans managed to raise a bunch of money to put up a few billboards that say Stayward and has a picture of Gordon on it. The funny part? He's gone to San Diego for a month and might not see them in person.

Is anyone else struggling to get charges from TRTG? I got 9 in 24 pulls from Rumbles, and only 4 in 45 pulls from RTG.

I wasn't keeping track of my numbers, but I did notice that I seem to get more from Rumbles than I do from TRTG. Think I went over 20 pulls without getting one.

Eh your deck is past epic divas anyway. Just use them to keep moving up the fusion ladder. Hopefully we'll get you some Summerslam or Hardened divas in a battleground win soon.

Also the vipers are due rewards in a little over 2 hours AND my 15 day login rewards are almost up. So guaranteed a Hardened, 2 Summerslam and a HD/SS card tonight.

Your hope came true. Got a Summerslam Bayley off our TBG  rewards tonight! Also got a hardened AJ Styles and a SS Del Rio.

  6. The NBA playoffs are just too long. Too many days in between games. Go back to the first round being best of 5, have a game in the series every other day. It'll still be the same 4 teams every year but at least that might make them a little better.

No he's a random I accepted to fill out the numbers. I would love 10 EWB members but it's just not happening. Don't worry, he will be gone after this event.

Edit: Also, gonna hold off on the next battleground until after the event so he can be on his way as soon as possible. I feel like battlegrounds gonna be the bread and butter for the Vipers and am gonna make that clear to the team in chat.

I think that's a great idea, on both accounts. If Battlegrounds in the future go like the one last time, we'll be able to stay competitive with them and probably win most.

  8. I'm sure once you upgrade her a bit, it'll bump you up. At this point, I'm just trying to get a pro in anything that'll make my ranked deck. I do have a survivor Bayley that is a pro, but no males. Did just pro a WM Dusty Rhodes that might make ranked once I level it up.

Also, who is that in the Vipers chat calling us a lazy team? Is he a member of the board?

  9. Can't complain too much about being swept by the Warriors. They're just too good. Hopefully Hayward resigns with the Jazz, we can bring in a new weapon or two, and stay healthy next year. I really believe this Jazz team can compete with the best in the NBA and even win it all.

  10. All very good and true points, that I 100% agree with. The NCAA, as a whole, needs to be revamped. Even just giving the student-athletes back some of the money they help earn (at least $40,000 a year), would give the students a reason to stay in school longer, focus on their education, and have a fall back option.

But I think going even farther back, before the player is at the college level, needs to be address. Unfortunately, nothing is ever going to change about it. As long as somebody is making money off these kids, it'll keep happening.

I'm very happy with what the NBA is doing with the d-league. The Jazz moved their d-league team to Salt Lake City this year and have used it to help rehab injuries, get bench players some playing time, and so much more. Rather it becomes that second option instead of college or not is up for debate, but I think it's a step in the right direction.

  11. The Warriors are just so damn good. Jazz keep it close all game, even leading in the fourth, and out of no where, Curry hits two threes, KD drains one, and that's the game. My only complaint is how much Draymond Green is allowed to talk to the refs. It's no wonder he plays with the way he does. If the refs called techs the way they should, he would been suspended a ton or change his attitude quick.

  12. Along the same lines as y'all are talking about with football, I think the NBA needs to mandate that you have to complete at least 3 years of college before you can go to the NBA. One and done players are taking all of the fun out of college basketball and it's bad for them and the league when they fail in the pros.

  13. Can someone explain the road to glory wall to me? As in, when will I hit it, does it mean I don't win any 5 point matches, etc, etc.

I just go to the WM card this week, have a few title bouts saved up, and don't want to waste them on 5 point bouts if I'm gonna just lose.

Started watching The Blacklist today. I was looking for something a bit White Collar-y and this seemed to fit the bill. Much less comedic side to it but James Spader has good moments. Only nearing the halfway point of season one. So far I like it. It has that one underlying story throughout as each episode is a different case.

I love the Blacklist. Defiantly one of the better TV shows around today. It takes a while for the main storyline to all come together, but it's amazing once it does.

Currently watching the first X-Men movie. Seeing Wolverine's hair done up in the comic book style is hilarious. I don't remember how it looks in the other movies, but made me laugh during this one.
