  1. This reunion thing is funny, Ultraspank and Dry Cell have now reformed. I'm just waiting for Crazy Town and Union Undeground to come back...

    Hustle.

Love Hustle great show. Hopefully the film will live upto the series by keeping it British and not going all Ocean's 11-esque.
  3. I think Queen have more chance of reforming than the Smiths at the moment, Morrissey obviously hates reunions.
  4. They did, but with the lead singer from Bad Company That isn't Queen. That'd be like saying The Beatles reformed without John Lennon or Paul McCartney. Queen isn't Queen without Freddie Mercury.
  5. Queen Jawbreaker Scream At The Drive In Christie Front Drive Braid Cap'n Jazz Semisonic Death I Hate Myself The Promise Ring Mineral Mainly a lot of the 90's post hardcore movement.
  6. If Faith No More play, I may get a day ticket just for them.
  7. They played that festival? I never saw em, just saw some tribute band far too high up the bill But to be fair, they were horrendous, and Sebastian Bach owned Rose on stage. Blink would be good for Download, but I can't see it happening, depends when the new album is out, they might be able to pull it off though.
  8. Manson, Heaven n Hell. Both names rumoured. I'd put my money on Faith No More to be honest. It'll be Nu meta - Metal day / Cheesy 80's hair rock day / Alternative Metal maybe with punk day.
  9. Melissa Joan Hart She got fitter as she got older, that pic before mine proves it, but yeh, I fancied her from Clarissa onwards. Amy Jo Johnson The legendary Pink Power Ranger. Alex Mack (aka Larisa Oleynik) Claire Danes (in Romeo + Juliet) First time I think I fell in love properly was with Claire Danes in R+J. Melanie & Martina Grant (from Pat Sharp's Fun House) They were twins, here is one of them, so it's technically both of them. Michaela Strachan Fit nature animal girl from BBC.
  10. http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/news/def-lepp...e-for-download/ I have a strong feeling Heaven & Hell will most likely be on that day as well, as they announced themselves for Wacken today, so it's definately the fest tour.
  11. Yeh, it cost me just over £100 for Hellfest, Wacken last year was £80 for a weekend ticket and the flight was about £80 return from Hamburg. Been looking at flights for Hellfest and it's looking to be a pain, I can Ryanair it from Liverpool to Nantes for £10, but the next flight back aint till tuesday, and the festival finishes monday, more importantly I'm back in work on the Tuesday. :/
  12. Yup, to be fair, I've lost hope over UK festivals in the last few years, it's far more fun going abroad for me. I thoroughly enjoyed Wacken last year, and I'm stoked for Hellfest this year. It's overall better value for money too.
  13. In theory, they could put Limp Bizkit and Korn under Slipknot, and have a nu-metal day. But considering how much Slipknot and Limp Bizkit hate each other, I doubt it. Even though I would love to see all three bands (in Korn's case, see them again) - I find it really odd that they're bringing out the nu-metal bands eight years after the fad peaked. All we need now is for Spineshank to be rumoured... Oh wait. I could see it now... Slipknot Limp Bizkit Korn Disturbed Papa Roach Saliva Kittie/Otep Spineshank Sevendust All in one day, mind you, thats from bands still around.
  14. AND Korn. LB reunion doesn't interest me, I saw em at MEN with Godsmack as support, and they were horrendous live, Godsmack where fair decent. I also think LB have gotten more and more mundance since the Chocolate Starfish era, it's a hard genre to keep fresh considering it was done to death and is now dead and buried. As for FNM, I have a feeling it'll be Knebworth of Leeds & Reading for them if anything, and definately worth seeing as I've seen almost every Patton band other than this one And when I said new bands, I meant establish bands who've never played Download, not as in new new bands, there's so many big bands they could get in to jazz it up a bit, Kiss was great, they need more like that, theres having establish bands coming back every few years or so, but when you've got a stable of bands you having playing almost every year, it's boring.
  15. Meh. New bands are shit. Nope, Download is. I'd say Knebworth will be a refreshing change, but £160 for 2 days, it's more like the metal V Festival.
  16. First confirmed bands: Slipknot The Prodigy Motley Crue Korn Pendulum Dragonforce Devildriver Boring as sin, can Download not get new bands on? They just seem to rotate every 3 years.
  17. MTV confirmed they'll be at the Grammy's PRESENTING, not performing. But I wouldn't rule it out.
  18. Pretty intense, you don't fuck with method type actors. I think Daniel Day Lewis would be far scarier to piss off, he'd probably gut you on set.
  19. Well if you want an interesting fact, last time Liverpool did the double on Chelsea in a season... they won the title
  20. Sucks. I love that band.
  21. I highly doubt they'll play Download, neither Kerrang or Metal Hammer knows who they are And with this being a 'fan focused' festival, I just can't see it happening.
  22. Yeh, they're US only on the site, I'd tried with Colbert Report.
  23. I tried to catch Daily Show/Colbert Report when I can, we usually get it about 3 days late over here. But Indecision 2008 was ace.
