  1. Yossi Benayoon has returned to action in Israel's 1-0 victory over Georgia, and could be returning soon to play for Chelsea
  2. Red Bull Zalsburg are currently bidding for Hapoel Tal-Aviv's Douglas Da Silva, somewhere between the 2.5 and 3.0 Million for the payment
  3. I was proud to be in attendence for that event in the Nokia Arena, and here's some thoughts about the matches: Roy Peretz defeated Fabric Riconneau via submission (arm-triangle choke) at 3:00 of round 1: Well, that was a surprise, as I was sure that the frenchman would win this with ease...... but about 1:30 minutes in the match Peretz had some luck and almost lock Fabric in a leg-lock, but after about 30 seconds of trying to lock it up he failed, Fabric tried to pull off something but couldn't do it and there was the triangle wich gave Roy Peretz the victory. Ido Pariente defeated Jousa Hewlett via submisson (armbar) at 2:54 of round 1: I can see why it's preliminary, but I was hoping they would give Ido Pariente(The biggest MMA name in Israel) a more worthy opponent... Vitali Krbrsky defeated Serob Minasyan via Unanimous Decision: It was a meh fight. Thiago Meller defeated Ariel Abergel via submission (armbar) at 0:35 of round 1: It was amazing, I could swear that Thiago Meller was flying for a good half of the (very short) fight. Alexandro Ceconi defeated Vitaly Shemetov via submission (triangle choke) at 4:48 of round 1: A nice match, nothing more and nothing less. Jeremy Knafo defeated Shonie Carter via Unanimous Decision. Shonie Carter announced his retirement after this fight: A FOTN candidate, and the speech Carter gave afterwards had lots of emotion in it, and before he announced his retirement, he said and I qoute "I was scared the motherfucker to come here, but for the past few days I had seen nothing but great people and some beutifull lands, and all I can now say is FUCK C-N-N", and that concludes Daniel Gracie defeated Martin Wojcik via submission (rear naked choke) at 2:17 of round 1: A very nice match, but you could see that a Gracie is, after all, a Gracie, and that's mostly what iv'e seen in this fight. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou defeated Valdas Pocevicius via Unanimous Decision: Absolutely, with no doubt, and no change in mind - THE WORST MMA FIGHT OF ALL TIME. The number of hits tried I could count with my 2 bare hands(and didn't need all 10 fingers), and the number of hits that actually hits? maybe 2-3, no more, but could be less. Moshe Kaitz defeated Hermes Franca via Unanimous Decision: Another FOTN candidate, I couldn't belive my eyes when Kaitz dominated the first round and most of the second round untill Franca started to claim some dominance in the last minute of the 2nd round and the 3rd round, but it wasn't enough. Frank Trigg defeated Roy Ne'eman via TKO (punches) at 2:36 of round 1: Well, this one was a sure-thing, but it was still nice to see Trigg in Israel. Jeff Monson defeated Sergey Shemetov via submission (kimura) at 4:09 of round 1: Well, exactly like the Trigg-Ne'eman fight... Ricco Rodriguez defeated Daniel Tabera via Unanimous Decision: A meh match, but the golden moment of the evening is Daniel Tabera entering with the macarena
  4. It's not directly about UFC, but former UFC fighter and champpion Hermes Franca lost to an Israeli fighter called Moshe Kaitz. In that same event, Israeli fighter Jeremy Knafo defeated Shonie Carter, who after that announced that it was probably his last fight, but 2 Israeli fighters who lost were Roy Ne'eman to Frank Trigg and Ariel Abargl to Thiago Meller. That event took place at the Nokia Stadium in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
  5. In my Barca game Gerard Pique always tried to score a goal and never succeeded, not long kick, short kicks, headers, rebounds, none.... and then after about 10 matches he finally scored against Athletic Bilbao and since then for the next 3-4 matches he scored every match..... somebody needed an opener here....
  6. I'm not really sure about this, but maybe change Edge to tweener/face? ever since he came back to Smackdown he has been acting pretty face
  7. But still, I think that Hogan, Bischoff, Jarrett and Hardy need to turn heel, mayber chabge both Hogan and Bischoff's gimmicks to "Evil Boss", Jarrett's to.... well, I don't really know what to, but Hardy's gimmick should probably be "Evil"(depends on iMPACT!), but add these 4 to a stable with Abyss called "THEY", with maybe Hogan/Abyss as a leader(??)
  8. Well listen ... I do not know about you guys, but I'm glad that in about 2 minutes the game goes down to halftime ... and Olympique Lyonnais leads 2-0 over Hapoel Tel Aviv
  9. In the last ten years we have had two different teams in a major European final. Both Celtic and Rangers have reached the last 16 in the Champions League. Celtic have beat Lyon, Juventus, Porto, Man United, Milan, Villareal, Valencia, Liverpool and Barcelona. Rangers have beat Monaco, Porto, Lyon, Stuttgart, Werder Bremen, Sporting Lisbon and Fiorentina. Hearts have beat Stuttgart and Bordeaux. Aberdeen have drew with Bayern Munich. Seriously we may not have good consistent runs every year, but go and find a country with 5 million residents who have had as many good nights in Europe in the last ten years as we have. I'm sure you will be struggling. Although when it does come about, it makes it even more special. I don't know what it's like to support a team who make it through to the semi-finals of a European competition every year, who complain if they don't win the thing. I remember watching Kilmarnock get hammered by Kaiserslautern (including a top of his game Youri Djorkaeff) and thinking it doesn't get much better than this. 13 years on we still have a great bond with Kaiserslautern fans, all because we know that these European days are very special and very rare around these parts and we make the most of it when it does come about. You are so right, you people don't need to be disappointed, you have some good teams, it's not like you live here in Israel, when our representative in Europe as of this season is a team wich if you don't count their 20,000 fans..... the whole nation hates this team! And i'm talking about almost 7 million people! The only really great european moment Israel had in the last 10 years is back in 2002 when Maccabi Haifa beat Manchester United 3-0!!
  10. iViva Barcelona! 4-1 against Pana!!!!!!!!!
  11. Currently zipping between Barca-Pana and Benfica-Hapoel Tel Aviv, hoping for both Barcelona and Benfica to score 4 goals at these games(Barca fan, Hapoel hater, and yes, I know it's a team from Israel)
  12. As an israeli Barcelona/Maccabi Haifa fan, I hope that the israeli team of Hapoel Tel Aviv gets the best teams she can get.... and why? because I f'n hate that team and hope they will score 0 points and 0 goals, just so they can feel how I felt when we lost to Bayren, Juventus and this french team whose name in english I cant spell......
  13. I don't know about this for sure but maybe turn Chris Jericho to tweener and Edge to Tweener/Face because of them going up against heels like Sheamus and the Nexus as of late?
  14. It has worked pretty well so far. Just post it and people will take it alot more seriously
  15. I totally forgot about this, since my older computer had the stats for the other wrestlers I was about to give stats for, so i'll try re-worling on this the next few days.
