  1. That settles it, tonight.. FNL MARATHON.
  2. According to some reports, Fedor is now back in Russia and says he isn't done yet, and that he will be competing in a Sambo tournament in about a week.
  3. Titans want to interview the QB Coach of the Packers, because they want to make a move for MATT FREAKIN' FLYNN. Wow, we're desperate.
  4. They say Canadians have no class... is it true?

      What about summer school?

  5. This QB Situation with the Titans gets me thinking... what's Jeff Garcia doing these days?
  6. Someone at another board speculated that they may try to go after Kevin Kolb. If they don't go after him or do but can't cut a deal (I'm betting its more likely he ends up with 49ers or Vikings) and decide to draft a QB instead, I just hope they don't pick Jake Locker. Kolb? Hmm. I don't think that could work out, I don't see him as someone who fills our needs. He's not bad at all, he's decent but I don't think he is what I would like for the Titans from this point on. As for Jake Locker: I haven't watched much of him to make an opinion, what's he like? accurate, big arm, fast-agile... how?
  7. Looks like the Titans are in complete-rebuild mode. Lots of staff moves lately: - Feb. 07: Mike Munchak's named Head Coach. - Feb. 08: Mike Heimerdinger is fired from his Off. Coordinator job. - Feb. 09: Bruce Matthews is named Off. Assistant - Feb. 12: Jerry Gray is signed as Def. Coordinator. Bunch of moves but still no news on the QB situation, I don't mind Kerry Collins but he's a vet and he isn't the future of this franchise or who I see as someone who can take us all the way.
  8. I don't think dropping down to 205 is the answer here. Fedor doesn't have to prove anything, he's already done it all (except, you know, UFC), he's already the Greatest Heavyweight MMA Fighter of All-Time. I think it's time to hang it up. I'd still love to see Fedor/Overeem/Werdum, though.
  9. Listening to BE.com's new radio show, they're talking about the show and are saying that Coker said that Fedor could be a potential replacement after Griggs and Rosario, if he doesn't retire. Your toughts?
  10. I think it's because at least the booking nowdays seems like it makes sense. Great show, missed Kharitonov/Arlovski but saw the ending, awful shots Andrei took, maybe it is time to hang it up.
  11. Holy fuck... not this way

  12. Players are pretty much guaranteed to get screwed relatively speaking. I definitely want the two extra games. There will definitely be a rookie wage cap and that is a good thing. It should open up a lot more trading of draft picks which should make draft day much better. The fine money should continue to go to charity like it does for all the sports leagues but the NFL and the NFLPA have to get serious about helping the retired players. The league is making too much money not to do that. If they don't step up they are going to start losing top athletes to other sports sooner or later. I remember hearing the Comissioner say that the money from the fines was going to a fund for retirees and charity, could be wrong but that's what I remember.
  13. Why was Rashad even speculated, isn't he out for at least 3 months?

  15. I don't know about that, this year's QB class isn't exactly what I would like for the Titans. I don't want Cam Newton in the Titans.
  16. I don't care who's in charge right now, I just want a playoff win. One, that'd be enough for me right now.
  17. Titans promote Mike Munchak to Head Coaching position as expected. Damnit, and here I was thinking we were going to get someone BIG.
  18. How is that sad news? I couldn´t care less about him or her. 16-10, Steelers. Don´t like the Steelers and I´ll be rooting against them but I think they´ll take this one with their D (like every other SB they´ve won).
  19. I wish I knew Portuguese so I could know what the fuck Silva just said to Belfort. I'm hooked.
  20. Gotta catch up with this. Haven't watched anything since AXN stopped showing it (around mid Season 4) here in Mexico. Is it still any good?
  21. Jeff Fisher and the Titans part ways. Somewhat of a surprising news for me. After the Titans cut Vince Young loose I thought they were going to stick with Fisher at least through this next season but then they get rid of Fisher too, not sure what the plan is now. Though, I have the idea that if Bud Adams decided to cut Fisher then he must have already secured a deal with another Coach. Personally, I'd love the Titans to get Bill Cowher or Jim Gruden.
  22. What pass, the one to Heath Miller? Yeah. Just didn't understand why after the challenge it was over ruled. It just looked fine to me, but I'm obviously guessing it wasn't after the decision, so just wondering why? As he landed the ball went out of his hands completely and was around his elbow when it touched the ground, then he secured it. The review made it pretty clear to me.
