  1. Anyone see the commercials for Comedy Centrals roast of William Shatner? I hope this turns out to be funny as hell, cuz the roast of Pam Anderson was horrid
  2. I used to work for the Boston Market in Allentown. When a WWE house show (prior to the brand split) was at Stabler Arena, Shannon Moore, MAtt Hardy, Stacy Keibler and Test all came in. Good lord Stacy is as beautiful in real life as she is on tv
  3. I got it for 360 the day it came out. I was playing as Penn State, ranked #13 against Notre Dame who was ranked #3. I was down by 5 points, had posession with 45 seconds left. Screen pass to my HB Tony Hunt, broke it for a 40 yard run, puhes out of bounds at the 20. A few incomplete passes and get the clock down to 1 second left, ball on the 10. Go for the endzone, ND pulls off the interception. Pulled off a great drive downfield for nothing..though I did get an instant classic
  4. Surprises me that they had 1,000 people in there. I didn't think they'd be able to cram more then about 800 in there. Not that big of a club, unless they had the side open so people could go outside
  5. Yes..Salem Bible Church Road is a real place. Zionsville is a small small small place..about maybe a total of 3 square miles big. A population of about 150 people, and 5 churches. Most of the roads are named after a landmark on them..there is Kings Highway School Road, stuff like that. My friend grew up there and actually went to Salem Bible Church
  6. damn..I had friends that were goin to that show too
  7. Daily Variety is reporting that Hugh Laurie was recently given a big pay raise, up to $275,000 per episode, basically triplling his salary. Good for him..he has this strange charisma about him that makes the better. I don't think it would have been anywhere near as watchable as a show if someone else was playing House
  8. ah thanks guys. Actually think I could start to like soccer...digging this game so far
  9. ok guys...I'm an americn who, admittedly, knows little about soccer. But I'v been watching the World Cup and have found it to be kind of interesting. Just a small question though..why do the goalkeepers wear a different color then the rest of the team?
  10. Read a site a few weeks ago that detailed what to buy etc..in order to connect a usb hard drive to the Xbox 360. Well, I can't find the site anymore. Does anyone know how to do it?
  11. Ohh..nothing like good ole smash mouth Iron Man football. Start working on your cardio and get your stamina up..playing both sides of the ball can be tiresom..even for linemen

    Booo Twisted Sister

Wow..you knoqw I could understand cancelling a tour for rehab or something..but for THIS?! http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermo...ewsitemID=53121
  13. There were quite a few from Romeo+Juliet, some from Man in the Iron Mask I think. There was also some Con Air in there too
  14. Alot of Offspring fans I know think Ixnay On The Hombre is a really great album. I personally think its one of their worst albums. And Sublimes s/t album. Don't get me wrong, I do think its a good album. But compared to 40 Oz Of Freedom and Robbin' The Hood, both of which had FANTASTIC tracks all around, I just don't think it can compare to those
  15. Its amazed me the differences in problems people have with PS2's. Me, my friend Alex and my brother-in-law all got PS2's the day they came out. Me and my brother-in-law got ours at the same store, my friend got his at Walmart. Since then, my friend has gone through three PS2's, my brother in law has had about 5, and I'm still on my original.

    Madden 2007

Yea..nothing has ever pissed me off more then the run blocking. When I'm running around the corner with the fullback there to throw blocks, why does he turn away from the defender 2 yards away and instead block one 10 yards away!
  17. I totally forgot about the Aglio E Olio album, thanks for bringing that up. That's another great album in a long line of great albums produced by them. It basically furthers my point that they can do punk or hip hop with relative ease. Are there two Aglio E Olio albums? I have one thats an EP...8 songs and 11 minutes long...
  18. Ok..me and my friends like to wear little obscure jersey's often, mostly football/basketball jerseys for the small local colleges etc. ITs made me think about buying a jersey for an NFL Europe team. I went to NFLEurope.com and looked around..went to the shop. The shop NFLEurope.com links to doesn't sell NFL Europe stuff as far as I can find. Anyone know any reputable sites that offer merchandise?
  19. the latest in the RIAA's insanity... Not much more to say about that
  20. http://www.metalsludge.tv/home/index.php?o...=1263&Itemid=42 Basically, CBS Radio is ditching David Lee Roths morning show and replacing him with Opie and Anthony. All I gotta say is thank god for that. Roth sucked as a morning show host. Seem like O&A will be keeping their XM show as well, recording three hours for XM and CBS Radios new spin off, Free FM, and then 2 hours exclusively for their XM show. The article says there was no word on when the new show would debut, but as of today their show was on 94WYSP in Philly, which is part of the Free FM concept. Great to have them back
  21. So, I've recently started watching Arena Football, following the more or less hometown team of the Philadelphia Soul. This year, my home area, the Lehigh Valley, got an indoor football team, the Lehigh Valley Outlawz, part of the Great Lakes Indoor Football League (http://www.glifl.com/). The rules are a bit different then Arena Football, but overall its still an exciting game. Their first home game, they filled Stabler Arena, which holds about 5000 people, with over 4000 people. I watched their game on TV and decided I'm gonna try to go to a few games..tickets are 8 and 15 bucks, so its not like I'd be o ut much money if the team sucks. But at 2-0 so far, their good (Y) The home area has been hurtin for a successful sports team of some sort. We've had a minor league baseball team that, in their 7 years of existance, lost over 7 million dollars and folded last year. The restaruant I worked at sponsored them, we got comped tickets to give to customers, and no one wanted them. Then there was aanother attempt at a minor league baseball team that never materialized. So any other people into some less then mainstream indoor football or other sports? My interest is caught, with this Great Lakes league and the Arena Football league helping me discovier ut a bit more
  22. In one episode of Family Guy, they turned the Clam into a karaoke bar. what song did Peter, Joe, Cleveland and Quagmire sing? Me and some friends are thinking about it, we think it was by Journey but can't remember the song or how it went
