    Warchest

Has anyone got this? Since I now have income I have every intention of buying it, since Megadeth are purified awesome, but I'm curious as to whether anyone else has this, and what they think of it.
  2. ...dude... STAGE BUILDER HOLY SHIT That is purified awesomeness!
  3. Musical complexity and sheer speed do not make for an easy song to play. Apparently Dragonforce themselves have trouble replicating some of their songs on stage, so don't feel too bad about getting pwned by Through the Fire and Flames, Zan/Krauser.
  4. I'm a bit late to the dance here, but my head damn near exploded at the mention of One and Through the Fire and Flames. Good lord, if you want to five-star Fire and Flames, you better not value the use of your hand.
  5. Best new guy in a while. *thumbs up*

  6. Hurr hurr, Midget got his name back. Take that Srar!

  7. Yoshi shared a Rollout move with Jigglypuff in Melee, so who's to say that'll change in Brawl because of Sonic?
  8. Yeah, it would probably be me who would be talking about England and rugby and being overall negative. Oh, and *points to av*
  9. Think of it this way: it gives you four months to finish the Melee tournament you started a while ago and never finished. *not-so-subtle hint* Or it gives him four months to plan a new one. If he plans a new one, abandoning the Melee one, I might just have to reach through his computer screen and throttle him.

  11. OK, so the two semi-finals are Argentina vs South Africa and France vs England. Argentina as World champions would be quite a sight to see, but for now, COME ON FRANCE!!!
  12. By the sounds of Reily's post Australia haven't really picked up their scrums after their match with Wales, which is the last one I watched. If they didn't fix their scrums and lost because of it, then that's their own fault and they deserved to lose. Having not watched the game, I thought England/Australia and France/New Zealand were both an absolute motherfuck of a surprise. Now watch Fiji beat South Africa.
  13. C TO THE LOUDY!

Wait, that doesn't work, does it?

  14. Why do you need potions for the Arena? Just kill things! And when you get hurt, the well-like thing in the Red Room heals you after a fight. You get assloads of gold from the Arena too, so that deals with gold woes easily. That's because you suck If you're going to steal anything, make sure you sneak, and no-one can see you. Then you can't become wanted. Use an invisibility spell/potion if you have one as well, they work wonders for thieves.
  15. Cranidos' evolution - Rampardos - has the highest base Atk stat in the game (165), but is quite fragile and isn't that fast, so it's risky to use but hits fucking hard.
  16. That would probably be the Claw fossil, that revives to Anorith. And each game can find six fossils. You can find the Old Amber, as well as the Dome, Helix, Root and Claw fossils in both versions, with the Skull fossil unique to Diamond and the Armor fossil unique to Pearl. They revive to: Dome = Kabuto Helix = Omanyte Root = Lileep Claw = Anorith Skull = Cranidos Armor = Shieldon Old Amber = Aerodactyl
  17. For crazy Special-Tar! My team is lacking in the Special department, but I don't like any of the other strong Special Attackers (It seems that the majority of Pokemon I like are physical attackers). I'm going to try a Special-Tar and see what kind of stats he winds up with if I get the right nature, IVs and then EV train him. He has a base Special Attack of 95 which is significantly better than my other back-up "surprise" Special Attacker, Tentacruel, but there is still quite a difference between those two and my Alakazam. I'm just trying to cover up the weakness I would have when Alakazam goes down. Choice Specs it, imo. Base 95 SpAtk isn't enough unboosted. If it were me I'd go Dark Pulse/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Focus Punch with Choice Specs. Also, I'd make that set Mild as opposed to Modest. Your choice though. Hasty is just as good, if not better. Lonely allows you to hit harder, but Hasty gives you an edge in hitting more times in the long run.
  18. Especially because they were down 52-3 at halftime. They didn't give up at all, and kept on going, and still managed to score a try in the second half. That certainly says something for their team. And as Reily said earlier, Australia def. Wales 32-20, but I personally think their last try wouldn't've happened if we didn't have Sharpe and Mitchell sinbinned at the same time. Australia took a bit to wake up properly in the second half, which hurt us a bit, and our scrum was pretty ordinary, but Wales' passes were shocking for the most part, and it seemed like for the most part they couldn't quite get it together in their backline. Australia - particularly Shepherdson - need to work on their scrum though. That was pretty bad.
  19. While that does work - and is the principle behind it working with Ditto - it doesn't help him if he hasn't been able to find any, regardless of gender, with the specific nature he wants. And why in the world would you want a Modest Larvitar? SpecsTar?
  20. New Zealand vs Portugal result below: Spoiler: Click here to viewNew Zealand def. Portugal 108-13 That's a pretty abysmal scoreline, and I only caught the second half, but Portugal did manage to score against New Zealand, arguably the best international rugby team today. That, and they did have some decent sections of play. Thus, kudos to Portugal. Also ouch for England. 36-0 against the Springboks is not good for the defending champions.
  21. Out of curiosity, what are you looking for and with what nature?
  22. It was something introduced in Emerald, along with a bunch of other things. For example, a Pokemon with Compoundeyes as its ability in the front of your party makes any encountered Pokemon more likely to be holding an item. A Pokemon with Static at the front makes Electric Pokemon more common. A Pokemon with Intimidate at the front makes your encounter rate drop. There are more, but those are a few of the more useful ones I could think of off the top of my head. EDIT: Something else I just remembered, the Synchronise-and-nature thing works on stationary legendaries as well. So if you wanted, say, a Modest Heatran, and had a Modest Kadabra at the front of your party with Synchronise, then you will have a 50% chance of said Heatran being Modest. Makes it easier to soft-reset for a decent nature.
  23. If you have a Pokemon with the Synchronise ability and a nature you want, if you have that at the front of your party, 50% of the Pokemon you run into will have the same nature as your first Pokemon. Also, if you really want a certain nature, if you have a Ditto with that nature and breed them with the Ditto holding an Everstone, you're more likely to hatch offspring with that nature.
  24. As flattering as it is to hear you say that the Socceroos are 'the best', no. Rugby Union is struggling across the board from club to interstate to international level here. Has been slowly declining for a while now. Dammit, I missed the football mention. Assumed it might stand for something else in your WACKY country.....yeah, thats what I thought >_> The only match I've caught thus far was the Argentina vs France match, and France looked pretty poor. I'm only really interested in the big matches and the England matches, and England vs USA clashed with the football. Will try and catch the England vs South Africa match on Friday. You'd better hope England have woken up by them, because if they play like they did against USA, they're likely to get hammered.
  25. Hello. I didn't know the score of England-US. That's surprising to say the least. Did anyone here catch that match? I'm curious as to what caused it to be as close as it was. Argentina and France both played quite average, and there were several scrappy parts of the game. Nevertheless, Argentina did deserve to win that game. My dad stayed up last night to watch the Australia-Japan game, and I didn't, so I heard about the result this morning, but apparently at the TAB (place where people bet on things) Japan were given a 50 point headstart, meaning Australia would have to defeat Japan by more than 50 points for it to count as a win. 91-3 is an absolute hammering, though, and I wasn't expecting that at all. I will personally be surprised if Australia wins, and I'm thoroughly expecting South Africa to win. Of course, a lot can change between now and then, so take that with a grain of salt.
