My friend read the manual and apparently hard tackling doesn't mean he'll go harder into the tackle. Just that he'll make more of them. Nothing major, just thought I'd mention it.

Not that I've eveer used anyone elses tactics on FM, but apparently cheat tactics won't work on FM Live because the opposition manager will be able to counter it unlike AI. I really want to play it, but it's pretty prices, eh...

u can activate the german national team on 08 my documents/sports interactive/fm2008/db/*whatever update you're using*/inc in that folder, theres a file called 'fake.' put a # symbol infront of "fake_national_team" and another # symbol infront of "change_player_name" german national team and olivier kahns name should work then Think that only works when you start a new game. Do you know how to do it on an existing save game? I've been playing 7 seasons without Germany. lol

I liked the fact they added the 'don't allow buys in the first window' option. Think I'm the only one who likes that added realism though.
