I got everyone and after a whole bunch of grinding, I finished the game. Already got through the first of two bonus items in the GBA version. Now going through the Soul Shrine. Very underlevelled though, so this might be murder at its finest.

I used the editor to release all players AND personnel. When you start the game, every player in the world will be a free agent and you can go sign them. As far as work permits go, I had to go into the editor as well and edit every country to be an EEC member. That way, you don't have to deal with the annoying waits for a verdict on work permits. This does make loans to other teams to avoid work permit regulations useless though, so if you have one of those, you can just consider those loans to be of the regular kind

I made a Free Transfer + No Work Permit DB out of the 9.0.3 data awhile back, but I haven't really had the chance to play much lately. You guys want me to put it up someplace where you can get it?

He had a lot of potential. I thought he could be a very good middle of the rotation starter in the next few years. Such a shame that his life ended all too soon. RIP Nick Adenhart

I've not had any issues buying games on eBay so far. I don't do it anymore, but I have not had any issues as far as buying goes.

I picked ND State upsetting Kansas in my bracket. Kansas just seems to have all kinds of issues against those teams, and I think this one will be no different. I got Maryland going deep. I think they're a sleeper team nobody's looking at.

I say we move on to FF3. The only question would be which FF3. The US version that came out on SNES, or the translated NES version with the Onion Kids. We can always come back to the games we don't finish later, right?

I'm still playing, this has fallen on my list of priorities though. I'll probably get back to it later tonight.

Spoiler: Click here to view I did some Gil grinding after Minwu left the party, and went towards Mysidia. I was fortunate to run into beatable monsters along the way and I was able to upgrade my equipment significantly. I've gone ahead and completed several other major things, including destroying the Dreadnought. Now Leila the Pirate Lady joins me and we're ready to head for the land of the Dragoons...but not before I sail around and do some attribute-grinding.

Spoiler: Click here to view Couldn't put a dent into the boss battle for the Mythril...so I'm backtracking to build up magic points. It's obviously not going as well as I want it. I want Maria to have around 25-30 MP by the time I go back to the Waterfall Cave.

In the translated NES version, to boost your HP, I had to purposely put myself near death. I'm not a fan of purposely putting myself at risk to increase my hit points. I much prefer the normal way of gaining experience points and gaining levels. That, and I never really figured out the perfect way to keep a balance between attacking strength and magical power. I'll play it again, but I never really liked this one. Can't wait for Final Fantasy III though, loved that one

I never bothered to finish FF1...this will be tough. Never liked FF2 at all with its craptastic leveling system.
