  1. I'm sure I heard somewhere there'll also be a Wii version -- it would make a lot of sense if there was!
  2. 1. Groundhog Day 2. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure 3. The Blues Brothers 4. Withnail & I 5. Kikujiro 6. Dr. Strangelove 7. The Happiness Of The Katakuris 8. Dumb And Dumber 9. Baseketball 10. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
  3. I really like them too; it's a shame that they were sold out before I realized they were playing here a few months ago.
  4. The original Metropolis -- nuff said.
  5. 1. Who's to say that it'll be called that outside Japan? The Sega Mega Drive was called Genesis in America, for example. It doesn't state for definite that it will be named 'Wii' outside Japan; I'm sure they're well aware of its phonetic semantics in English. 2. It's only a name, a bad one yes, but only a name; personally I don't let the name of a product affect me buying it. Which I will with this anyway.
  6. I remember FIFA '95 doing that, and the results weren't all that bad -- again, that was in a simpler age of gaming, however.
  7. MGS3: Subsistence and Resident Evil 4; simply because they're both excellent games, and Call Of Duty 2: The Big Red One is yet another by-the-numbers FPS that, whilst fundamentally good, brings absolutely nothing new to the table in a vastly stale genre.
  8. Does it have all the teams that are in this year's World Cup, e.g. Angola? Depending how good the DS version is, I might get that instead of getting it on the PS2. Wi-Fi ftw.
  9. Let's see... Electroplankton (DS) Final Fantasy III (DS) Final Fantasy XII (PS2) Micro Machines V4 (DS) Okami (PS2) Pokémon Diamond/Pearl (DS) Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (PS2/DS) Spore (PC) Tales Of The Tempest (DS) The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GC) Wario Ware Inc. Twisted (GBA)
  10. Civilization II, and, to a slightly lesser extent, IV. The same goes for CM 01/02; as for console games, Zelda: Ocarina Of Time, Final Fantasy VII/IX/X and Super Mario 64. There are many more but these are the ones that spring to mind first.

  12. You can add Resident Evil Zero, Sonic Mega Collection and any of the Mario Party games to that list. I agree to a certain extent about Wind Waker and Super Mario Sunshine, but the Gamecube updates of F-Zero GX and Mario Kart Double Dash supercede their N64 incarnations, same for the Mario Party games too. Also one that hasn't been mentioned here is Wario Ware, Inc. - now that's a fun game.
  13. Bremen will get dicked; besides, I have a bet on Juve to win the CL - all the proof one needs.
  14. Blackadder Only Fools & Horses Red Dwarf Extras The Peep Show Phoenix Nights Max & Paddy's Road To Nowhere Are You Being Served? The Young Ones Bottom Father Ted
  15. Only started watching Bury in the 93/94 season, so here goes: Manager - Stan Ternent GK - Dean Kiely DL - Gordon Armstrong DC - Paul Butler DC - Michael Nelson DR - Dean West ML - David Pugh MC - Andy Gray MC - Nick Daws MR - Tony Rigby FC - Mark Carter FC - Phil Stant Subs: GK - Paddy Kenny DL - Chris Armstrong DC - Chris Lucketti MC - Lenny Johnrose FC - Colin Kazim-Richards
  16. Senses Fail, Enya, Sarah McLachlan, Sting and Blink 182 (as has already been mentioned at least once).
  17. Championship Manager/Football Manager Series - 1 Chrono Trigger - 1 Final Fantasy VII - 1 James Bond: Goldeneye - 1 Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - 1 Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time - 1 Metal Gear Solid - 1 Pro Evolution/Winning Eleven Series - 1 Super Mario 64 - 1 WWF No Mercy - 1 I am allowed to do that, right?
  18. The first one - mainly because it was more original and 'Beat' Kitano was much more prominent in it.
  19. I support the mighty, er, Bury, and at least we finally have some points on the board now. I was getting a little worried!
  20. I'll go for the Survival one as well then.
