Trying to find a piece of music with a somber tone and one with an upbeat/hopeful tone is proving more difficult than imagined.

Not really. I want something without any lyrics preferably as it is for a project for my film class, but anything is preferable over using the stock stuff in the editing program.

The project is going to be a PSA, so I guess the sort of stuff you might hear in those.
