  1. As far as Im concerned the season was ruined when it was revealed Tony was just playing bad guy to help Bill and Chloe. I wanted evil Tony damn it Maybe they'll have Tony go baddie again later on or something. That was just something that set it apart, but now it's just the same old same old again. At least the show is interesting. Im not sure exactly why I got into the show, because I don't find the show to be THAT good, but there's just something about it. This season has been.... weird, yeah. I REALLY don't know how they are going to fill up the remaining hours, but it'll probably be they fix the whole Sangala thing and another threat pops up as usual. I wonder if this will be the final season. Not sure how great an 8th season would be for the show at this point since they seem to just be going through the motions and just thinking up some batshit crazy scenarios. But hey. If 24 has taught us anything, it's that we can all easily break into the white house and hold Obama at gunpoint and slap him.
  2. 9th season? I dunno. I really hope the 9th will be the last to tie everything together. Getting kind of iffy on the show lately, and really just want to see an ending that is great for the series. As far as that clip is concerned... I dunno about that. Spoiler: Click here to viewI know that Smallville pretty much takes its own history and everything, but Clark telling Lois about his powers? I really hope they dont end up having Clark change his mind with some "oh you musta been dreaming" shtick. I guess itll be good if it leads to Clark revealing himself to the world instead of hiding it, though it would have been better to see him don a costume and put his glasses back on. Whatever happened to them anyways? He wore them that one episode way back when and they like dissapeared. You'd think they'd want Clark to start wearing them full time or something.
  3. Oh what the fuck. Who in their right mind thought CLEVELAND would be a good choice for a spinoff? Who thought ANYONE from Family Guy would be good enough to get their own spinoff? Ugh... Fox... What the fuck? Oh, and the image on Wiki shows Cleveland, skinny wife, daughter, fat son, baby son... So.... The Griffins.... IN COLOR! Black at least. I expect the baby to be every black stereotype rolled into one instead of being bent on destruction and evilness and the like, and I expect the bear voiced by Seth to hit on Clevelands wife in typical Brian fashion.
  4. Hmmm... I'm torn on this. On one hand, I love this show and don't think there's really an episode that, if it were on, I'd shut off from the tv. On the other hand, I'm afraid it would wind up like Family Guy for me, where I love the show for what it was, but begin to hate it for what it's become. Eh, fuck it. Bring the show back, Fox. Then after that, bring back Titus. And Andy Richter. That's all.
  5. Wish I was lucky enough to only view a half hour of it instead of sitting through the entire shitpile of a movie that was. Cameo.... Dr. Kelso in Gone in 60 Seconds, at the part where the black guy plays a valet.

That would be this weeks batch. Spoiler: Click here to viewAnother two great episodes here. I actually care about the interns they have and IF they make a series based around them with a few guest star spots from the original cast, I think it could be okay to good. Sunny being overly happy and Jo just being the bitch that says whatever she wants with the "I dont give a fuck" attitude would be two good characters for that. Getting rid of the lazy bastard in favor for the kid from Little Giants is great for me, and Sunny Day telling him if she gets drunk enough shell show him her ass and his reaction of just "meh. alright." was good. Im glad Ted is getting a girlfriend as well. He's gotten kind of tiresome being the lonely bald depressive guy, so giving him some happiness should be good. Sketch show episode was great just for the two kissing and from then on JD and Turk trying to keep their distance, and of course the return of 'Guy Love'. EDIT- I wouldnt mind if they ended the Scrubs series here. It's been really good thus far and I'd rather it end on a high than end with a below average season. I dunno what I would think of a JD/Elliot wedding finale. On one hand I'd be happy that the whole JD/Elliot thing is being taken seriously for once, but on the other I would think something better could be done. I'd prefer if something happened that forced the two to seperate. It'd be the tired old shtick of the two breaking up, but making it more serious of a thing, maybe redo the whole Kim/JD thing with either JD or Elliot moving away for a better job or something like that.
  7. Six left total, but the first part could very well be less than what has already aired to make the 'two parts' 'even', but even then it is a stupid thing to do.
  8. It says 'Part 1' in the title... Pretty sure that means it IS the first part of the season, but I really see no point in buying half of a seasn and then buying the other half. Waste of money and space. Just look for it online or wait until the full boxset comes out. It won't be going anywhere.
  9. Uh... Where? All I see is links for FOX's video on demand thing for episodes, then a link for Season 4 that just says "be notified when this item becomes available." Does it not usually take a few months before a season of a TV show is put out on DVD?
  10. I have no doubt that Nolan and co. could come up with a great way to both bring Dent back without 'ruining' The Dark Knight, and do so in a way to make the third movie even better. Something as simple as the third movie being about Gotham against Batman, who takes the fall for Dent to keep Gotham believing in him and to give Gotham someone to go after, but Dent returning to make Gotham feel like they have NOBODY to stand up to crime until Batman puts Dent away for good or something. I dunno. I would just love to see Dent return and I personally wouldn't throw my arms up in the air in disgust if he were to return. I just want to see what else can be done with the character.
  11. Just because someone behind the movies or whatever says Harvey Dent is dead doesn't mean it is true. It's not like they're being put under oath or anything. They're just commenting on the rumors of Dent returning, and for all we know they could be telling us the truth or just bullshitting us to keep us guessing.
  12. I would agree that The Happening was shit, just because it's an entire movie of "oh no something is causing everyone to kill themselves oh wait it went away we're safe oh wait some other part of the world is doing it oh shnap!", but I would rather watch ANYTHING over the likes of Date/Epic/Disaster Movie/Meet the Spartans.
  13. Some of these I really cant agree with. Eddie Murphy in 'Meet Dave' really has nothing 'worst actor' written on it. It was a decent little film.
  14. Eh. Honestly, I don't see how they could do a fifth season that could be as good, or any good compared to, this season. I said that before during season 3 about a fourth season and they proved me wrong, but I dont know. Season 1 is escaping Fox River. Season 2 is on the run. Season 3 is being thrown back in jail. This season is about bringing the company down/Scylla. Fifth season would be about.... Being put on house arrest by The Company? Maybe, actually. But yeah. A fifth season is just something I wouldn't want to see just because I don't think there could be anything that good that could be drawn across an entire season, or even half a season and the other half having another storyline. This season is the best one to end things on, and I REALLY can't see where they are going, which I love. I want to be surprised by the finale.
  15. Spoiler: Click here to viewUsually I either dislike or don't really care for abrupt ending. No Country For Old Men, for example. People drooled over that movie and raved about the ending, yet I thought it was just a decent film and the ending did nothing for me. Here, though, I loved the abrupt ending. As people have said... The entire movie focuses on Ram's currently dull and pathetic, more or less, life. They show him trying to get back in touch with his daughter and seemingly getting there but fucking up because he can't change who he is, they show what he has to go through every single day, they show him being told he can't/shouldn't wrestle anymore due to a heart condition. The scene where he signs autographs and stops to take a look at the other old guys around him I thought was a good scene to add to his character in a way. All of that leads up to the final match. He cuts that promo, telling how he feels in the most sincere way, and then we get the shot of Ram on the top rope, crying and smiling, and we see him jump off for the Ram Jam. As people have said, that moment shows that Ram couldn't give a shit about ANYTHING in his life when he's in the ring wrestling for the fans. It shows that, live or die, fame or not, his entire life IS wrestling for the fans. I don't think any other ending would have been as good. Going on a few minutes to go "Ram has passed away" would have taken away from that. Going "Ram lives!" would have taken away from that, but would have given people the typical Hollywood 'everyone lives happily ever after' ending. Going "Ram Lives! Ram gets signed and becomes a huge star again and gets back in touch with his daughter and marries the stripper!".... I really would have hated just because I hate how every movie out of Hollywood, well pretty much mostly every movie, has the happy lovey dovey ending regardless of the plot. If a guy stalks some girl and kills her parents and tortures her brother and punts her dog and rapes her, by movies end they'll be married. So yeah. The ending, while not for every movie, was just beautiful for this one. I don't think it's really an ending to make you go "Wait... what happened?" It's more of an ending to show you Ram's character, to see what his life means and is all about and that he doesn't care about anything but wrestling for the fans, that when he is in the ring his daughter wanting nothing to do with him or his fuck ups in his life or the fact that he's an old wrestler that has hit rock bottom... none of that matters to him when he's in the ring. We see Ram at the peak of happiness, something we haven't really seen the entire movie. We've seen him smile and everything, but not in the same way.

The only reason Ive groaned at the thought of the two getting back together is due to how theyve previously been done. It was really just they get together one episode, then either the next one or the one after the relationship is over, and several episodes later they go back at it. If they can turn this into an actual relationship that lasts until the end of the season I think it could be a lot better.

The third episode I thought was another good one, not much else to really say. The fourth episode.... Spoiler: Click here to viewREALLY not sure what I think about JD/Elliot getting back together AGAIN for the hundredth time. However, Kelso telling them not to care what people think and to look into their hearts and do what makes them happy.... MAY mean the two will remain together instead of having a relationship that only lasts until the next episode. If it DOES.... Then okay, that'll be a good change. Id like to see the two be in an actual relationship than just some fling that is over before people can get into it. I did like when the two of them were talking, though. Talking about how theyve been there before and them both going "blah blah blah." Kind of how one could feel about the whole JD/Elliot going out thing. That said, The Janitor was great in the episode. Seeing Dr. Jan Itor return AND the sex buddies horns when JD mentioned that were great little touches.

Really was a great night for the series. The first two episodes turned me completely around and I hope things are this good for the remainder of the season. Mostly, just try not to get into a rut of JD/Elliot starting up again and dont make Dr. Cox a cheap name calling and nonsensically ranting machine. Spoiler: Click here to viewBring Janitor back damn it!

Wow. First episode of the new season was actually rather good. I wasnt expecting much due to the last couple seasons being mehfests for me, but still. I quite enjoyed this one. Now to see if the second episode is as good or better...
  20. Okay, so tonight was the fall finale. I dont really have much to comment on about the episode, but the preview for the final 6 episodes that was shown... Spoiler: Click here to viewLincoln and Michael squaring off against eachother to get Scylla? Fuck. Yes. Seriously, THAT is the kind of surprise I can get behind as far as a series or season finale goes.
  21. Was it? I cant be sure. I thought it was this week but it may have been last week. Spoiler: Click here to viewBellick being killed off was a surprising choice. It was sad, too. He started off as someone you think is a dick, then he ends up doing something as selfless as that. The whole bit with Mahone putting that badge in the casket with him was a nice little touch.
  22. Tonight is just the fall finale. This season has been rather good. Probably rank it up there with the first season in terms of quality. A major twist like Michael dying or the team joining The Company in the end is something I would welcome just for the sheer surprise factor.
  23. Nah, only one more. Total of 4 movies total to make up the "5th season" (16 tv episodes). Maybe the creators will see that people still want Futurama and make more, though.
  24. A Christmas Story is a classic Christmas movie for me. I have to watch it every year when it plays for like a full 24 hours.
  25. I probably wouldn't mind one film a year, I just wouldnt want to risk the decline in quality with each passing film is all. I'm all for more Futurama, especially 90 minute episodes with good plots. I'd also probably prefer just normal 30 minute episodes, though, just because then the writers dont have to try and make one plot last a full 90 minutes and all (not that they havent done a great job thus far). Point: More Futurama.
