  1. I dunno if this will help but www.metal-observer.com us great for metal music, at least if you want specific genre like Power Metal, Thrash Metal, Porngrind, Neo Classical Metal, etc. Useless for anything else. Also, Last.fm is TERRIBLE for genre tags, they are so inaccurate.
  2. So far the only that that bothers me is that they are only having 4 people in the ring at once...I always thought the SvR 6 was too little...I want 8 man tags! Actually with 6 men in the ring it IS too crowded, I would just like more because I am a mark for battle royals and gauntlets.
  3. The Godfather and Scarface. I've just never had a real interest in seeing them.
  4. I have never turned to crime, but I do constantly scout out for hidden katana and sub machine guns...ya know...just in case zombies come.
  5. From: True Lies Eliza Dushku now

I always found Ross annoying... Chandler is funny for his sarcasm, Joey for his being an idiot and Monica for her insanity, the other three I don't care so much about. Also, for at least the later seasons, Monica is far and away the most attractive.
  7. So I finally watched Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.... Oh my god, the script was terrible and plot holes galore....I give it a 5/10 thought because I was at least somewhat amused at certain things...althought I probably only watched to finish the series.
  8. You actually need a controller plugged in or turned on for the mic to work.
  9. If you can get it....Skies of Arcadia. Amazing Game!
  10. FinsterForst...No idea what they are saying, but it sounds awesome!
  11. It's actually not. They released their first album in 1984 called Doomsday for the Deceiver and it is amazing. Unfortunatly they never got the main stream attention of the other thrash metal bands like Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayer. A major reason is because their bass player left to join Metallica (i'm sure you know who I'm talking about). But they are a great band that have being going strong under the radar for over 20 years. As for Paganfest, I want to go but I have nobody to go with, which sucks because 3 days afterwards my friends are going to see Megadeth. I've been trying to convince them to do both but they don't want to rent a hotel for that long.
  12. I don't have a camera I have 5*ed most songs on Expert Guitar, dunno how I'm gonna get myself on here though unless you just want to trust my score, which you won't. Although if I do get a camera can I just take pics of my set list with them all listed? Or do I need to have one for each song like everyone else?
  13. Seriously, just because some people associate "Jump" as the only Van Halen song it does not make them fit this criteria. Since about half the people are up in arm saying they have other major hits (even bigger ones) I say that pretty much destroys any chance they could be a one hit wonder/band associated with one song. Where-as something like "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve, 99% of people will only be able to name the one song.
  14. I am swooning at your music fests! Sadly I don't know who are the bigger bands... Helloween | Gamma Ray | Flotsam & Jetsam Rhapsody of Fire | Paragon | Primal Fear | Kamelot | Hammerfall Spellblast | Iron Fire | Cage | Human Fortress | Firewind | Dream Evil
  15. I'm very on the fence...I love The Warriors, Clash of the Titans, Conan the Barbarian, Red Sonja, Escape From New York and The Evil Dead as they are. I think new technology can do wonders for some of them but I don't know how I would feel about remakes, especially if they stray from teh story and end up sucking. I guess I just don't want my cult favorites to be remembered as crappy movies because of the remakes....like Roller Ball.
  16. Strangly the only Thin Lizzy song I could thing of us Bad Reputation... Jimmy Eat World had Bleed American before The Middle. Van Halen is not a one hit wonder, they have so many! Jump, Panama, Why Can't This Be Love, When It's Love, You Really Got Me and Running with the Devil all jump to mind. For Blue Oyster Cult, I dont know about singles, but the three songs I think of when I hear them is The Reaper, Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll and Godzilla.
  17. "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor "Mikey" by Toni Basil "My Sharona" by The Knack "Turning Japanese" by The Vapors "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell "Sugar, Sugar" by The Archies "They Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats "MacArthur Park" by Richard Harris
  18. I just stumbled upon a song called "Trash" by Flotsam and Jetsam. I hadn't listened to their "My God" album until recently and this song is great. Althought it may not be good for the radio....
  19. The Patriot (Mel Gibson one) has always been a favorite of mine. I enjoyed Windtalkers a lot as well for a modern one.
  20. Just looked into some new bands, deffinatly worth checking out. THe top of the list goes to Spellblast. If you liked old Elvenking you will LOVE these guys. Other good ones are Eidolon, Bathory, Gamma Ray, Ensiferum, Nevermore, Paragon and Virgin Steel. I also got more Flotsam and Jetsam, those guys are amazing.
  21. I never listen to the radio or anything like that so most of the time I don't even know what songs are singles. Plus I listen to music that would never be played on any radio station I have access to. The only thing I can think of is that there is a radio station in my home town what uses Static-X music for their promos but when I call to request the actual song they either have no idea who they are or tell me that its too angry and will make people jump off bridges... The only ones I can think of would be like "She Took an Axe" by Flotsam and Jetsam, its a shame that they never really took off like Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax, they are a great thrast metal band. Their debut album Doomsay for the Deceiver is amazing. "No Rest for the Wicked" by Godsmack "In the Unblind" by Killswitch Engage "Dissention" by Orgy "Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of War Drums" and "Freedom of Choice" by A Perfect Circle "Home" by Sevendust I used to love those songs and bands and I think those could have been good singles, better than some of ones that were released (Especially in Godsmacks case)
  22. I'm not a huge fan of of Kevin Smith, but I will admit he has some funny moments in his movies. My favorite is simply the fact that Brodie is carrying that Dixie Cup with him through the entire movie, and even asks someone to fill it for him at one point. The highlight of it is when they get to the mall and he runs into Afleck, he spills his drink, steps on the wet spot and slips. It all happens so quickly and the attention isn't on him, but my god its funny. Background humour rules. Mallrats was deffinatly my favorite, especially Micheal Rooker. But I could personally have done without the necrophelia and beastiality of Clerks I and II.
  23. Final Fantasy Tactis...I have beat and played that so much, I wish I could move my TV to my room so I could chill and play it while listening to music....although now I'm realizing I can just put my ipod on my xbox, which is hooked up to the stereo and have that in teh background....I'm going to do that right now! But I also have a nasty habit of just stopping games mid way though, in fact I've done it with pretty much all my games I've boughten in the last 12 months. Mass Effect, Blue Dragon and NFS:Carbon are all half done (Well Blue Dragon is maybe 1/4). Overlord I got far in, but douche roomates b/f decided to try it one day and erased me game and I ahven't had the willingness to start over. Besides Tactics I can't really think of many games I repeatedly play...well Final Fantasy II and III, but I also quit halfway through III last I played it. Edit: OMG, TimeSplitters 3: Future Perfect, I beat every challenge and got every character in that and played elimination rounds until my eyes bled, the only FPS I like and I love it to death.
  24. Yes, I loved me the Dreamcast version of Wacky Races. The Ant Hill Mob was awesome.
  25. First try on Green Grass and High Tides on expert guitar and I failed at 85%, maybe next time.... As for vocals, im pretty sure the higher the difficulty the more percise you need to be and the range of certain notes I believe is larger.
