TO is 2nd in yards, 3rd in touchdowns and 6th in catches all-time. He may be an asshole, but he's a Hall of Famer. The HoF voters can be vindictive, so they make him wait a year or two, like they did with Michael Irvin and Cris Carter.
As for Marvin Harrison, he's 3rd all-time in catches (only behind Jerry Rice and Tony Gonzales), 7th in yards and 5th in touchdowns. He only played in 190 career games, while most of the other top receivers played in at least 215, so he did it in less time on the field, while having to share the ball with Reggie Wayne and Edgerin James.

Adnan Syed's post-conviction relief hearing to ask for a new trial has begun in Baltimore
Sarah Koening is doing audio updates on the hearing that can be found with the ongoing Season 2 of Serial

Travolta came off as playing Shapiro as some Barbara Streisand/Cher hybrid and it was really weird. Everyone else was fantastic, especially Paulson. Also, I love that Bruce Greenwood is getting to play someone other than the shady husband or corrupt businessman.

I read an article a few years back that talked about the crazy amount of sex slave rings in the cities that host the Super Bowl every year. Made my stomach turn then and it does now. Not saying that he was busted with a sex slave, but just knowing that kind of stuff goes on makes me want to throw up.

Anyone watch American Crime Story?
It was the best thing I've watched in a while

It's on Prime? Can I watch 9 seasons in a month I wonder...
There are 202 episodes at approximately 42 minutes each, that's the equivalent of watching for six full days...uninterrupted.
In other news, the OJ Simpson American Crime Story premiere was so good tonight. Fargo has some competition in all the mini-series categories.

I'm pretty sure Justified is still a Prime exclusive as well

Am I the only one who is ridiculously excited for "The People vs. OJ Simpson" on FX?

The Broncos have been to 7 Super Bowls with QBs drafted by the Colts. The Colts have been to 2.
4 actually. They also appeared in SuperBowls III and V

Brendan Haywood basically just said what we're all thinking, that LeBron had no respect for Blatt and that only Lue could coach him

Bills hire the first full-time female coach.
It can't hurt, the return game was the drizzling shits this season.
Alex Riley's dad had some interesting things to say about that

I'm OK with the Cardinals or Panthers getting a ring. Cam gets a lot of shit for enjoying himself and smiling the whole game which he doesn't deserve. Would love to see Larry Fitzgerald get a ring though, so I'm pulling for Arizona!
Can't fathom why any neutral would want noted cheater Tom Brady getting a 5th ring or old man Peyton stuttering to a 2nd.
You realize that most of The Wells report was based on iffy "science"?
Also, the Eagles named Jim Schwartz defensive coordinator, which I guess goes against the whole, "we want a decent human being" problems they apparently had with Chip Kelly

Anyone know MLB's policy toward domestic violence? I know the police are looking at Jose Reyes right now
The commissioner has pretty broad power and can suspend players without a conviction or even charges for any number of games.
The Tigers are going to have a great lineup, yet the rotation beyond Verlander and Zimmermann and the bullpen is still suspect.

I would love anybody but the Panthers to win. Call me a crusty old man, but I cannot stand Cam Newton. The whole "Superman " thing is lame (as is any trademark celebration) and he's also responsible for "dabbing" becoming a thing.
- I love Tom Brady, I have since he was at Michigan. I would love him getting that 5th ring, which I believe would be a record
- Ive always been a Peyton fan from afar, him going out on top after this disaster of a season would be great
- As a Lions fan, it would hurt to see a former laughing stock franchise graduate to SuperBowl champion before the Lions. But it would be great for Carson Palmer for what he's gone through, a great capper on the Disney movie-esque story of Bruce Arians and for redemption after they came soooo close in 2008.

It never made much sense between The Simpsons and Family Guy. It always seemed like a perfect mate with New Girl.

The emo Kylo stuff is a bit off, I agree. I imagine the pressure he would have faced given who his parents and were and the fact that he is now the future of the legendary Jedi must have been overwhelming and that's how he was manipulated. Look how Han is referred to by Rey & Fin, a legendary smuggler and war hero. Imagine trying to live up to that when that's your family legacy.
-
Tom Brady is now 22-8 in the playoffs as a starter and 172-51 in the regular season. Throw in his 20-5 record at Michigan and he's 214-64 as a starter, which is a .770 winning percentage.

They still do owe another three seasons on Whisenhutt's contract

Nobody is saying he's an angel, he's clearly not. (He ran his cousin off the road with his car, he killed his cat, wrote his first wife a bunch of threatening letters from prison), but there's no telling who or what has gotten to his ex-fiancé.
QuoteIt's hard to rule out other people though. Lot of people in his immediate family didn't really have solid alibis at that time, and it's stated at a point in the show that Steven said she was coming. Like Steven seems like the guy who should have done it because of where all the bones were, but it's far from impossible for the body to be burnt there when he wasn't by it. I don't even know what to make of the bones being in other places, like you'd assume generally they're moved to the place most of them are but then there's that additional evidence not in the documentary that seems to show the forensic evidence showed it was far more likely they were burnt there.
Her ex-boyfriend being so gung ho in the search party and admitting he hacked her voicemail made him seem very suspicious
QuoteAnd now Steven Avery's mother is coming out to say that she doesn't think that Teresa Haibach is actually dead.
His father was the true star of that show. He needs to be a legal commentator calling every judge and prosecutor a "goddamn sunuvabitch."

13 Hours is a really good movie, it's just a shame that it's going to be turned into a political tool for both sides

We've announce we're keeping Caldwell. Hopefully this leads us to keeping Cooter around too.
The good thing is that it looks like Austin is staying, as reportedly the Titans are locked in on Josh McDaniels

When you're the star quarterback, the reigning MVP and one of the new faces of the league...you can't get up there and pout, especially considering you know he would do the exact opposite if they had won. He also played like garbage. Russell Wilson threw an interception that lost the SuperBowl last year, he faced the media. Peyton Manning lost the SuperBowl by 35 points two years ago, he faced the media.
That performance and the way he avoided diving for that fumble, I think wasted a lot of the goodwill he had built up this year, it's a shame.
