If you drive along the freeway, occasionally you pass under other roads, npcs will sometimes try to turn into these other roads, even though theyae eight feet in the air, the car then crashes into a wall on the side of the motorway

I did the one just north of LS and now the thingy ain't there, but I found one on the beach at LS and now it's not there. Can you only do it once, or does it rotate.

Buffalo is at Catalinas place. Remington I'm not sure about but I've come across an Infernus in the Rodeo part of LS, although they're probably much more common in LV if you've got that far.
