Just past the plate ontop of the background and put the name on there. You have to turn the name tho.

I use Photoshop. To put names on just use text tool and turn the name it really easy.

Mostly taken from the IGF website although a come of others i had yet to upload or cut in the meantime are in there, all names are right to the filenames as far as i know.
