And another thing, you're right on the banner size. It's actually supposed to be 700 x 70. That was my fault. And for some odd reason, I can't set the pictures for the promotion under the promotions screen in the file editor. It's saying run-time error 481. I have no idea what to do. Is there anybody that knows what to do?

The banner size in game is actually 657x73.

For your banner problem, I've never actually come across that before. Are the pics set to .jpg?

Yeah, they all are set to .jpg. Those ones that you just made, they work in-game. The other's wouldn't for some odd reason.
