Keep it simple.

Go for a black background, love in white text (choose a normal looking font) and then Suicide in that font scrawled in red underneath it.

You can't seem to write in proper sentences though, so I doubt anyone would be bothered to read this book, having a storyline involving a bunch of woofters isn't going to help either, its a good job it ends in death.

I'd say something in this kinda style would be better, something simplistic like most book covers and nothing psychodelic, like a freaky drug dream.

Obviously there could be a better choice of fonts, but this is just an example using the first 'suicidal' fonts I stumbled across.
