I don't know why, but these have been my favorite three players of all-time, in order:

1. Patrick Roy

2. Joe Sakic

3. Wayne Gretzky

And for as long as I can remember, I've been a Coyotes and Avs fan...but I haven't been a "lifelong" hockey fan...

Forsberg, and then it will be his illegitmate child Malkin. I always loved how Forsberg was the complete package and gave everything he could. I loved Malkin's attitude and play in the olympics, he made a beautiful move in the zone to get past the defenders and get a shot on goal that didn't go in, and was pissed because of it. I also like Chara and AO.
