For our next award, for Best Villain, let me say that last year has been extra special for the baddies, I have yet to see a year to surpass the villains here or in other films. This has been a maginificant year for villains. As for the nominees, One we have see before but not like this, one that we were dying to see return to full power, one who was just baddass, another gave fright to a Batman, and finally one who's a queen who bitchslaps children like its nothing. Wonderful.

The Nominees for Best Villain are:

The White Witch/Queen Jadis in The Chronicles of Narnia Played by Tilda Swinton

The Next Award is Best Supporting Actress, One's a witch, one falls in love with a virgin, another is an activist in Africa, while the remaining two have gay husbands....Yipee. They all have one thing in common....these bitches can act.

The Nominees for Best Supporting Actress are:

ANNE HATHAWAY IN BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN

Before I go into Best Actor, I just want to say that I have never seen so many great male leads in my life. If you put any of them in last years academy awards, or if you put any of the nominees chosen by the academy awards this year in any other award show last year, they would win. Jamie Foxx would have no chance.

Anyways, The Nominees for Best Actor are:

Phillip Seymour Hoffman in Capote

COME ON SERENITY!!!

Like everyone else, I was glad it got something when Joss Whedon got best director, then I saw the result! Nicely done, great result for best film also!

The Serenity fanboism is a little frightening. I haven't seen it, but have heard it from two people I really respect as either the worst movie of 2005 or the most dissapointing. Fair enough, chances are, it's decent, but best picture? Best freaking picture? And the amount of nominations it got... insanity. You guys are out of your fucking minds.

Corpse Bride was hands down better than any of the animated films nominated.

Wallace & Gromit was just a colossal let down to me after the others were so great.

Sadly, I haven't actually seen any of the films nominated for Best Picture, or basically... Any of the other award winners except the Best Fight. And well, that was a badass fight.

Corpse Bride is a brilliant film.

Serenity is ace - but Crash is better.

I KNEW you'd have to get your obligatory 'were talking about films so I must suck the makers of Crash off' comment in here Gaz mate.....

Sean, no offence, but I'd talk to other people! Serenity is an incredible film.

I never saw Serenity because the trailer depicted it as a low budget sci-fi flick staring that guy I can't stand from The Mummy.

Then everybody else sees it and creams themselves. Either I have really stupid judgement or everybody's gone loopy.

All I can think is that he's confused Fillon with Brendan Fraser, maybe?

Speaking of which a friend of mine got my wrath for the rest of eternity when he said that Brendan Fraser should have had Fillions part in Firefly/Serenity.

I'm going with option B seeing as how none of the stars of Serenity were in the Mummy

lol, who was that? Si? Dan?

Well it wasn't Si, he would have killed someone for that. It was Dan, the big muppet.

Anywho, back to the awards. Why was Obi-Wan vs. Anakin fight of the year? It was good sure, but somewhat of an anti-climax. I thought Kong vs. T-Rex's and even Yoda vs. Sideous were better.
