Favorite Band Names

Yeah, it's been done before, but I'm going to recycle it much like we do with other music threads. Go ahead and toss out your favorite band names for any or no reason you may have. Is the band name decadent? Is it creative? Is it sexual? These are the names that we will never forget.

Flesh Eaters - Experimental California punk band from the 70s/80s.

Gay Cowboys In Bondage - 80s Hardcore from Florida.

D.R.I. - Stands for "Dirty Rotten Imbeciles", great thrash from 1980s Texas.

Born Without a Face - Very obscure band from Detroit during the 1980s.

Nipple Erectors - Very good English punk band, notable for being Shane MacGowan's (of the Pogues) first group.

Subhumans - Not to be confused with the lame UK punk band that came later. These gentleman from Vancouver rocked out hard, and little known is that Joey Shithead (vocalist for D.O.A.) was a founding member.

Puke - Not sure where these guys are from exactly, but definitely a European punk band of the 1980s. Pretty much overlooked despite producing great songs/albums. I think it's obvious why I enjoy this name.

Verbal Abuse - Ok so I'm playing up my screen name a bit in these last two selections, but honestly this is another cool name.

That's how we used to pronounce !!!, we just used to say stuff like "hey, I've heard the new *pull really shocked face* track last night." etc. etc. It was humerous, but now Tristy has told me how to pronounce it it's kind of destroyed everything.
