I had a bitch of a time with RAAM, too, so I just said 'fuck it' and killed him on casual.

Then I went back and killed him on Hardcore in my first attempt. It felt so empty.

Anyways, anybody here up for playing online? (Co-op or multiplayer, doesn't matter to me)

I went to rent the game tonight but it was still all out. How good is the multiplayer? I ask because my XBOX Live Gold expired and won't be renewed until the weekend. If it's a big part of the game I'm going to hold off until my Live goes back up before I rent the game.

Heheh, I remember when we were doing coop on casual, Kaney died seconds before I got around to killing RAAM. I couldn't be arsed to save him, of course.

Admittedly, I do that on insane as well, after beating it the slow boring way.

Have you tried chainsawing RAAM? I've been meaning to do that.

He tried to chainsaw everything when I played with him too. I tried to tell him, but chainsawing Boomers doesn't work.

However, sticking a grenade up their anus does. Then they REALLY live up to their name.

And whenver you get close to RAAM the kryll will just eat you. And if not, he'll just shoot you in the face. Repeatedly. Even if you are covering.

Because *gasp* I'd never played the game before? Or have you never failed at anything, ever, when you just get started? This is the kinda stuff why I hate talking to people like Kraigy about new games, not everyone has to be fantastic at everything right away
