If I remember rightly, all of the Domers so far have either been part of the Elite - TGC, Srar and such - or have a diary in the Hall of Fame - Plankton, Zero and Javert, as fucking retarded as the last one is because some people love abusing their power.

I don't know what you're talking about, but I think Javert is, like, the worst moderator in the history of moderatordom and the only reason his diary is in the Hall of Fame is because he abused his power and no-one's bothered to remove it. Kinda like Thomas and his moderator powers.

The part regarding his diary isn't true at all. Javert's diary was IMMENSELY popular and speaking as someone who was around when he actually was writing it, I can say with certainty that it deserves its HoF spot.

Now, as for stickying his diaries incessantly and repeatedly? THAT he did do. A lot. For no good reason.

Two words: Baby. Hewey. Popularity =/= quality, quality = Hall of Fame berth, ergo popularity =/= Hall of Fame berth.

But unlike Baby Hewey's, it was actually GOOD aside from all the really retarded undercard bullshit he liked to do. The build-up to Survivor Series '97 I still remember as being absolutely fantastic, and he had established such a deep, interesting continuity at that point that was practically unheard of in retro diaries before that point.

I mean, everything from AFTER that was awful, but it earned its place in the HoF.

EDIT: And then again, I thought naiwf's Oracle diary was incredibly dull and that got HoFed too, so what do I know.

I reckon that the game's got a hell of a lot more interesting from a reader's perspective over the last couple of days. What seemed like total chaos for the first week or so has now become fascinating, with the speculation as to who the mafia are. Endgames are always more exciting, but this one seems to have really solidified over the last couple of days. Shame there's so much dross to shift through to get to this point
