I was kinda thinking of this as I was listening to 'Sweet Home Alabama' last night on the bus back home. Now, obviously there will be a mix as everyone has their own favourites and others will perhaps list songs that everyone, no matter what music they like, should listen to.

See, I had a time recently when I was REALLY into Pelican, shortly after I first heard "City Of Echoes", got hold of all their albums, loved them. Now I can't listen to them anymore, purely because I realised the drumming was bland, and somewhat poor. And now, it's all I can hear when I try to listen to them.

I'm tempted to stick a lot more Waits, Pogues and Smiths on there, in fact. But basically, if someone likes all of those songs, they can't be a bad person.
