Unless they split up, so they could their own things...those kind of bands count Blink 182 counts. Fuck it. Creed also counts. If they split up in the last 5 years they count, thats about how far we could stretch recent I guess.

What about a band who split up in the last few years but released an album less than 7 years ago? Ah, who am I kidding, nobody else would vote for Creed anyway

I never thought of that before, but then, I don't think about creed that much either . If the band broke up this year, you can still count them, but if they broke up last year or an year before they don't count. Bands who reunite and comeback do count. Although bands who do special comeback tours (ie. The Police) don't count.
