Fuck the Suns. Clearly the Spurs are the far superior team. I'll be surprised if this series goes 6 games.

Watching Tony Parker continuously eat Steve Nash's lunch, it makes me wonder how long before Phoenix just has to blow that team up. Shaq's shown his age for a while now, and Nash is looking like he's forgotten how to play defense at all.

Also, Chris Bosh looks like he's showing the early stages of McGradyitis, trying to carry everyone on his back and just giving himself a hernia for the effort. That 18-footer looked like he was trying for a Tim Duncan "Why the hell not?" moment. I'd be surprised if THAT series goes six.

Here was my NBA.com bracket before the playoffs began.

Lakers in 4

Mavericks in 7

Spurs in 6

Jazz in 6

Celtics in 5

Pistons in 5

Magic in 6

Cavs in 6

I now regret overrating Dallas and now see how old Jason Kidd in fact is. The Suns needed game 1 the way it was played. I'm quite happy with my Lakers sweep, as if Denver could win game 1 the way it went, I don't see them winning anything else.

I do have a Spurs-Celtics ending.

What a win for the Raptors. The ACC crowd is really quickly becoming one of the better ones in the league. The atmosphere was electric. Yes, Howard got another double but the Raptors dominated him all night. Hats off to Calderon(he needs to be starting)and Ford. Between the two they play exactly 48 minutes. Get 39 points on 13-22 from the field, 12 rebounds and 16 assists. Can't wait for game 4.

Philadelphia wins by 20? Honestly, I would not be surprised if they take the series. They're just wrecking the Pistons.

The Eastern conference is a mess.

Cavs vs. Wizards, Cavs defeat them by 20 in Game 2, and then lose by almost 40 in the next game? Same with Pistons vs. Sixers. I honestly think any of these series' are up for grabs, except for Atlanta vs. Boston. But the Hawks are still the blackest team in the NBA so it's all good.

I watched a lot of the Pistons-76ers game yesterday and not to take anything away from Philly, but the Pistons just beat themselves. They had what, 11 turnovers in the first half and were still only down by 4? The 76ers came to play and the Pistons thought they could walk right through them after the result in game 2.

With a win tonight, the Raptors can erase the awful start they had and make this a best-of-three against the Magic. They really looked terrible in the first two games but on home court turned it around.
