It's at a bosses discretion to sack someone if they feel they wouldn't get along. Let's face it, we don't know who Mandaric is going to bring in. He might get you someone even better than Allen.

Sad to see him leave a job he was clearly starting to enjoy, but thus is football. Mandaric did a decent job at organizing Portsmouth. At least give him a chance to do it at Leicester.
