Puke is a fucking awful name :/

In fact, most metal band names are pretty shitty. Other than Iron Maiden.

Why though? What is so bad about Puke?

What is the problem with Puke? It's just a four letter word for a band name. Would you all hate Vomit, Barf, Regurgitation, Upchuck or Yak? I love it.

I'm trying to figure out the anti-Puke sentiment. Like I said, it's a straight forward name, no bullshit, just Puke. We are Puke. We rock, that is all.

It's fucking stupid is why. As are all the bodily function bands. "Ooh, we're cool, we have the word Anal in our name." Yeah, toilet humour's a sure sign of maturity. The exception is the butthole surfers, because at least they don't suck so much.

By the way, by saying the Butthole Surfers are the exception because they don't suck, are you implying that you have actually heard Puke? They're nothing like the name would imply, and are actually a pretty damn good band.

Semen Across Lips (that has to be the worst ever)

Shuriken Cadaveric Entwinement

Disgorge (just because there are a ton of bands using that name, can't they think of anything better?)

Almost any band name with 'Gore' in their name. I know I use such a name too, but the vast majority of band names with Gore in their name are silly.
