The ending was great. It was a good movie, bit stale in parts though. Guess im not sold on seeing animated movies, since their just big extended episodes when im used to seeing 30 minutes worth. Same goes for The Simpsons movie. Although i enjoyed Smpsons, it drags on abit, until the finale.

Yay I'm so glad to see Futurama back! I really enjoyed it, I just love how intelligent the writers of Futurama are and how they manage to get such great consistency. The plot is so well driven and just comes together so naturally yet obviously there was a lot of hard work put into it. I honestly think Futurama is one of the best shows for interlinking different peoples stories together. My favourite bit had to be referencing back to the dog and how he became fossilised just sooo clever!! They really do not miss a trick and I like the constant link backs to previous episodes of the shows with various subtle little things. Overall I'm very impressed with the move :D Woop Go Futurama!

An interview with David Cohen about this(and future DVDs)

TV.com: Are you discussing the plot of the other three movies yet?

David X. Cohen: Yeah. The second one--all of these titles are tentative, they may or may not stay the same--is called, The Beast with a Billion Backs. And it is guest starring David Cross as its monstrous planet-sized alien from another universe who has a love affair with all living beings in our universe simultaneously. So it's an interuniversal love story. Brittany Murphy is also in that one and Stephen Hawking is returning for his second guest appearance.
