Apparently the only thing he was good at was running. That's about it. He just steals bases, and doesn't really do enough of that.

I think he's in Washington now.

I doubt this is really going to affect anything teams do. With so many people on the list, I think owners are just going to worry about whether or not they can play for them this year or not. I really don't think this is going to affect the league like most people think.
