It's one of the tracks that shaped my musical taste after the glory of Britpop started to wind down. I have a lot to thank it for even if I never really listen to Third Eye Blind anymore...Took ages to track the album down back in '97 and I had to get Blue imported in '99.

Man, when I was younger I loved it when songs I liked got over-played.

This one took the cake because it was on every... fucking... station. "What It's Like" by Everlast was similar along those lines: fine song, but the fact that you had a 98% chance of hearing it every time you turned the dial killed it for me.

It got to number 37 or something in the charts over here and virtually NEVER got played...Much like the way apparantly "Maps" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs got overplayed to death in the US but again over here, nothing much at all...

I saw an interview where they said it was about having sex while on Crystal meth... go read/listen to the lyrics now and think about that...

It's funny what you don't about songs when you're 9. I doubt I even knew what crystal myth was back then.

Kinda like how I didn't know until recently that All My Life by Foo Fighters was about eating vag.
