I found that Maniac (R.O.D) by Four Year Strong gets me a bit psyched. Mainly for the bit where they just chant "RISE. OR. DIE" which is not only a bit of a psyche up, but also motivates you with the lyrics.

Computer game themes. Like the Street Fighter songs. And especially well done instrumental covers. Especially Guile's. A bunch of Zelda and Pokémon themes give me a really good 'deep breath' sort of inspiration. A few Halo songs too, but they mainly calm me down.

Metallica's Turn The Page is a 'danger song' which I avoid on my mp3 player, because it makes me act odd in public. I HAVE to walk in pace with it, there is no choice but to turn it off.

Dropkick Murphys' Shipping Up To Boston gets me pumped up very easily.

And of course The Flower Of Scotland.
