Seems like a smart hire. Just look at how much Martz helped the Lions with Jon Kitna. He knows how to put up points and the Bears have a QB with an arm and some receivers with potential. I wouldn't be too worried about Forte too. Faulk was a huge part of those Rams teams. Even after his 49ers flop, he had little to nothing to work with as the 49ers receivers were terrible and their QB situation was weak.

He still seems pretty douchey though.
