Fuck off and leave the glam metal to me, tianratmgmtesg. Stick to your shitty Evanescence.

I'm Gabriel... lost a bet to Sean... this was the wager.

I can't believe it took that long for someone to mention REO.

How could I forget, REO SPEEDWAGON! Has cultish status with my friends for the song "Keep On Loving You", which takes me onto the GTA: Vice City Nostalgia Tour #198936...

America - Horse With No Name

REO Speedwagon - Keep on Loving You

Mr. Mister - Broken Wings

Toto - Africa

Bryan fucking Adams - Run To You

And a fair few other Adams songs that I would lose what credibility I have left for mentioning because they're not on Vice City... :shifty:

Trying to keep discussion going...

anyone heard the debut album from Burn Halo? It's James Hart's new band. He used to be the frontman for Eighteen Visions. It's continuing along the lines 18V were headed, where they were moving more towards arena rock and 80's hair metal style.

Too Late to Tell You Now, from the album, is a pretty kickass modern ballad type song. Just wondering if anyone else has heard the album.

Can't believe I forgot to mention Alone when I was listening to it just yesterday.

If I Die Tommorow by Motley Crue is good too

That's hardly a ballad, and even if it was, it's hardly their best. Not when there's Without You and Home Sweet Home at your disposal. I will never say Time For Change is good, though.

Yes. It's pretty aavveerraaggee. I heard the first two songs on Youtube thought they were pretty good, so downloaded the album. After those 2 songs, nothing happens for the rest of the other 10 or so songs on it. I've since only put those 2 songs on my MP3 player.

I found 3 more that need some recognition...

Winger's "Miles Away"

The Scorpions with "No One Like You"

and...

Mr. Big with the fucking classic "To Be With You"

I feel like a giant douche for not mentioning these earlier.
