Yeah Hatch was awesome for us last season, I was really surprised that he dropped to the Conference. And you'd better get used to Alan White being suspended, he's a great defender but he's really hotheaded, his current ban is for breaking some Brentford player's cheekbone and getting sent off after 80 seconds at the end of last season

Oxford are walking off with the league it seems, would be nice to have someone different in the league though, like Burton this year.

We'll catch them! We've not played well yet this season, except for, perhaps the game against Mansfield. We have got Hatch back now from injury giving us the option of a big man up front. I think this is where we kick on and start to change our season. If this does not turn our season round, then i'm very worried. No pressure on Mr. Hatch then.

Ten behind with a game in hand? Depends how some other teams do really but right now Stevenage I expect will be the closest challengers. Can't see Tamworth staying up there but Rushden and Cambridge might. Oxford haven't lost a game yet though have they?

We've only lost one though. Lets not forget that its not even the end of September yet so anything could happen! I say its one from four, Oxford, us Stevenage and Cambridge. We've not played well yet and we've only lost one and are still in it, so when it finally comes together we will put a good run together....no doubt.

The way it's going, Chester might have more points than us at the end of the year, perhaps Grays and FGR too.

Had a game against Salisbury today. In Ebbsfleet United tradition, we gave up goals in the 89th and 91st minutes.

Well, there goes Harford. I can't say i'm surprised after the shocking performance on Tuesday night. Hopefully the board bring in an experienced manager at this level who knows what it takes to get us up. Steve Cottrill for instance. I'm hoping this will be the turning point this season, as the new boss will surely see that there are players not good enough to help us push for promotion.

Steve Cotterill would be a good choice, but you may end up with someone like Jimmy Quinn or Dino Maamria, Conference experts

How's Alan White been doing for Luton? Has he been sent off yet?

He's been solid, before these last few weeks our back four has been solid as a rock. We've got one of if not the best back line in the league, its just a lack of goals that has costed us! White and Pilkington are very hard to get past, be it in the air or on the ground.

In terms of managers, i'd be pleased to nick Gary Waddock from Aldershot, he's a former Luton man, and has done a great job at Aldershot. Shockingly Steve Coppells name has come up, but i've got to think thats just conjecture, don't think he'd do a Peter Taylor.

Jimmy Quinn. My god, he wrecked this club. An awful man manager who could not motivate the players AT ALL. Such a vast change from Eddie Howe, a man that has every player playing for him and the team top of the league, 4 points clear with a transfer embargo in place.

Ebbsfleet's new strategy: loan out unused players to lower level clubs, to raise money to loan unused guys from upper level clubs.

That and try and raise another 40-50k.

Second half was amazing. Its a nice place. Might go back there next season if we don't go up!
