Nintendo DS games?

New games? Zelda: Spirit Tracks (out in December I think) for the boy would be good.

Not sure about new games for the girl, maybe Animal Crossing: Wild World even though it's not new. Professor Layton and Pandora's Box is new and good if she likes puzzle games come to think of it.

Scott raises a good point, are you buying them the DS too or do they already have them? Plenty of older titles to choose from, the ones that spring to mind are New Super Mario Bros, Nintendogs, Pokemon, Mario Kart, Super Princess Peach (maybe moreso for the girl), Tetris, Geometry Wars, 42 All Time Classics/Club House Games, Space Invaders Extreme.

Specifically for the girl, there is a vertiable bounty of games aimed at girls such as the Imagine series. Though, i'm not sure that if at 12 years old though she might be a bit old for them. Plus there's always the various liscenced games from Disney and the like.

Cheers for the advice guys. They've already got the DS (one each) and since the games, I think, are region free it seems a sensible gift.

Will look at Zelda, although he's here on December 4th and I want to have it all wrapped up and Christmassy. Super Princess Peach is probably a good bet for the girl too. But probably depending on price, I'll get all generous and get two each >_>
