Rich, and everyone else involved, do you guys think I could use this league to reference predictions in the Unnamed MMA Radio Show? I need a league to be able to reference instead of just talking about my predictions.

Sure go for it. Are you going to start predicting from 110 too?

Oh, Sign ups for UFC 109 are Closed... Head to heads will be up very shortyle (I am gonna be all about the double post :shifty:

reyrey619 may face an uphill battle tonight, the luck of the draw has decreed that he shall face the first EWB FC champion, EWB FC Strikeforce champion Perfecshaun! Perfecshaun won a hard fought battle last week over MPH which could have gone either way until Perfecshaun sunk in his submission in the thrid round ending MPH's dream. Can Perfecshaun become a dual champion? Or will reyrey619 upset the balance? Return here tomorrow for the results to find out :D

EWB FC: UFC 110 Sign ups

Following last weekend’s great night of fight’s culminating in a second championship victory for Perfecshaun we quickly get back in to predicting with the UFC’s inaugural card in Australia featuring the likes of former Pride FC champions Wanderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva and Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira, up and coming wrestler Cain Velasquez and Ultimate Fighter 3 Light Heavyweight winner Michael “The Count” Bisping.

Confirmed EWB FC card:

ufc-110-poster.jpg

EWB FC championship match

Perfecshaun (EWB FC: UFC Champion)(2-0) vs. Captain Kirk (2-0)

Undercard TBC.

Sign ups are now open. However I am going to be away next weekend and at times will not have access to the internet and to my stats pages, etc...But I should have access on Saturday at some point so I will be asking you for picks earlier than normal, but may leave the deadline open a little longer in to the day on Saturday as I won’t have access to the internet as I am visiting friends and will maybe be able to catch an hour in the day to do the head to heads. As a result the results maybe a day or two late when I get back, just don’t think I have forgotten :) .

Fighters that have said they would predict before but I would like confirmation from:

1)Gene Kiniski

2)Eddie G

Card for predictions is likely to be posted at the weekend

Good luck guys!

Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic - KO -1

Chris Lytle – Dec - 3

Goran Reljic – Dec - 3

Igor Pokrajac – KO - 1

Note:

I have taken the results from Eddie G and Kiniski for the Cro Cop fight as they chose Cro Cop, despite them predicting prior to Rothwell pulling out.

All Sinosic and Haseman predictions are discarded due to the cancellation of that fight

Sorry about i being rushed and a lack of updates, again I am really busy!

Strikeforce Challengers VI is next week, I will be doing a prediction contest for it next week, however Perfecshaun will not be forced to put his title up for grabs with it being considered a minor event.

Thanks again guys, and hope you enjoy UFC 110!

Via Split Decision

Notes.

Perfecshaun maintains his perfect record and retains his UFC title, well done sir!

MPH’s win and fight of the night performance against Eddie G will mean that at UFC on Versus 1 at the end of March will see him attempt to avenge his only loss against Perfecshaun, for the UFC belt! Congratulations (Y)

And finally wow, what a close one that last one was, if Kiniski had got one more round prediction correct he would have won by a single point! He shouldn’t be discouraged by his debut loss, what a valiant effort. Well done reyrey619, nice to see you get that mark in the win column.

As for Strikeforce this weekend, send me predictions if you want, may just run a compare and contrast rather than matches, then we have a bit of a break before we get hot and heavy in March with the inaugural Sengoku and Dream events meaning new champions WILL be crowned. I am considering some additional unique rules for the Japanese cards due to the nature of the rules and to make it more fun, more to come on those. At the weekend I will attempt to get a summary of the first month of the EWB FC’s run up so everybody understands the lay of the land.

Thanks for your patience and participation guys. Spread the Word!
