Created just for kids, the NRL mascots made their first public appearance at the 2006 NRL season launch. These mascots won't necessarily replace your current club mascot, but they'll be there to help cheer on your team and hopefully meet you at the game!

Don't forget to take your camera.

Ah the new style NRL mascots. Suits coming up with their own ideas of what kids will find cool and unsurprisingly falling well short of reality.

In fact my club, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, flat out rejected our new mascot and refused to have anything to do with it(which caused them to have more than a few problems with the National Rugby League hierarchy).

You now have a chance to delve into the world of the gloriously absurd new age National Rugby League Mascots. I promise you, that you wont be able to turn your eyes away from their magnificence!
