Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

Anyone actually picking this up? I'm still not really sure what it is, but it looks wonderful, and it comes out on payday. It's a match made in heaven. >_>

Is this supposed to be like Assassins Creed 3? Apparently it's a direct sequel

The reviews make it sound like Assasin's Creed 2.5, which is no bad thing. Apparently the storyline isn't as grandiose, but it doesn't need to be, but from what I've read it's a lot more than just Assassin's Creed Multiplayer, although the multiplayer is something I'm most definitely stoked for - which is odd, as I always tend to shy away from playing online. GTA IV and RDR are the only games I've really enjoyed playing online with. But yeah, whatever it is, it does look a bit wonderful.

Storyline wise it's supposed to be Assassin's Creed 2.5, as I believe Assassin's Creed 3 is supposed to take place mainly in the "modern" times of the AC Universe.

From what I've read, the Machine Gun is on a Chariot. No idea about the Tanks though!

I just got it Tuesday, didn't start on it since I was playing Alan Wake. Now that I've beaten that, going to start on it sometime today.

Sorry for the double post, but damn this game is AMAZING. Single player/story is pretty fun and all, glad to see the return of catacomb crawling and such, but multi really takes the cake. I was owned the first match I played and I was still giddy with excitement of how awesome it was.

Oh, and the main reason why this game is the best game that's ever been made in the whole wide world ever? Hidden blade assisted chokeslam. Wonderful, wonderful.
