  1. Yngwie is the most overated guitarist ever.

  3. Steve Vai, John Petrucci, Joe Satriani.
  4. ...Ah, God Bless Old Trafford's wet pitch surface. Seriously though, two defenders slipping and the Keeper making a real balls of the first shot in the match is never a great way to start. Poor enough game but then again I don't think anyone was expecting a five-star classic. United kept hold of a one goal lead well and allough Arsenal attacked at some points, they never threatened at goal.
  5. I'm not bothered about it. Sure, it'd be alright if we won but other than that its just another competition few teams show concern over.
  6. I second the 'Fuck Vigilante' comment. ...Got to level 12 with four wanted stars in the process, fucking cops were never off my ass. Wrong turn and my police bike goes into a lake...Not a Police vechical to be found, time runs out Helicopter kills me.
  7. The area you're in only matters if you're doing a driving date and the 'fun' bar appears, other than that it should be alright. As said, take her to the Diner around the corner for Food dates and somewhere around Chinatown for Driving dates.
  8. I picked up Solari pretty cheap from Real Madrid because he was pissed at not getting any first team action. He makes a great replacement for Giggs on the left and can both provide and score goals. That said, my team's as follows... GK: Tim Howard DL: Heinze/John O' Shea DC: Ferdinand DC: Silvestre/Brown DR: G. Neville/P. Neville ML: Solari/Giggs MC: Keane MC: Scholes MR: C. Ronaldo/Fletcher FC: Rooney FC: Van Nistelrooy As you can see, theres alot of inconsistancy in the first team. Add that to the likes the Eric Djemba-Djemba, Kleberson, Saha and Smith getting the odd game or two and you can see I make alot of changes.
  9. Just lost to Chelsea in the FA Cup Quarterfinal under the worst circumstances ever. The match happened a week prior and I was all over them at home, only picking up the one goal though. 88th minute and Mutu picks up an equaliser to end the game all square. So a rematch is prepared the following week...Not just any week, Internationals Week. Chelsea had the choice of a full team bar one or two whereas I only had two first team players available. Needless to say, Scholes, Ronaldo, Kleberson and the United Reserves lost 3-1...
  10. The default training scheduals suck, I'd suggest expiramenting with some new ones or even downloading some from the SI forums as it's usually the main problem when you're players appear overworked.
  11. I'm still waiting for Freddy Adu in the January transfer window, he's agreed to join but his work-permit was rejected. I chose to appeal it and two weeks later, still no sign or mention of him.
  12. Man Utd 2 - Charlton 0 Two wins in succession for only the second time in the season, a great result in that respect and hopefully a much needed kickstart. United dominated as expected and produced two fantastic goals with both Scholes and Giggs (with a deflection) picking up their first of thier respected seasons in style. The game itself was slightly one-sided, Charlton recieved good service but never threated at goal with only one shot on target after 90 minutes. With both Arsenal and Chelsea dropping points today with draws, the day couldn't have went better.
  13. A topic about the patch has been released, stating that it will be weeks rather than months before one appears...
  14. Expect the 5.02 patch to be realised within the hour, an announcement was just made over at the SI forums.
  15. Finished the main story mode and the Casino heist, now atending driving school. ¬_¬
  16. Man Utd 3 - Newcastle 1 A great win once again especially away from home. Found to be lacking slightly, United only tightened they're hold on the game once the equaliser was scored and from there proved to be the greater team. Newcastle fans will have plenty to argue about...
