This is what I was going to say. The England team did what they did IN SPITE of Erriksson, not BECAUSE of Eriksson. It was said he had the most talented England team since 1966 when we went into the World Cup - and if he could still get it that wrong then it's Sven that is the problem. How many years was it that people were calling for Becks to be dropped? How many years has it been that people have been saying drop one of Lampard or Gerrard? Sven never made the rght decisions and that has to tell you he was a bad manager. And how many are now asking for him to be brought back or at least reconsidered? Honestly, I don't think these players are all they're cracked up to be, outside of Terry and Gerrard (with Lampard when he can be fucked) we're a pretty mediocre team no matter how much our media tries to pretend we're not. Owen's not been the same since his hamstrings started going 3-4 years ago, Rooney's really on and off and doesn't really suit the English style of play anyway, meaning we have far more off days than on days for the national team. Ferdinand has always been nothing but hype and good in the air, Robinson's good, but there are better keepers on the international circuit, and I really can't be arsed with the rest.

Me and my cousin want to go to the Wembley gig, but there's no tickets because of all that prebooking stuff, as far as I know anyway.

Eh... not done many graphics in a long time, hoping to get back into it, I was fairly decent at one point, I don't really like this piece but I'll put it in anyway. Also, anyone know any good PSD providers? I cut my own quite a lot of the time but sometimes I prefer to use precut images (like I have on this piece) to save time, however PSD Protocol's adverts are annoying.

I actually don't like that list too much, no Blink/Plus-44, only one Foo Fighters, no Arctic Monkeys (very surprising), no Beck, no Green Day and possibly most disturbing of all no Guns N Roses, Red Hot Chilis, Staind or Oasis.

The team's the problem, they're not as good as we'd like to think they are. In my opinion the only stupid decision he made in charge of England was to select 4 strikers (2 who weren't fully fit and 1 who he had no intention of playing because he was 16/17 and had never played a Premiership match) for the World Cup squad.

Arctic Monkeys - Favourite Worst Nightmare 8/10 So, I first listened to this album yesterday and the only songs I could get into were 505 and Yellow Bricks, to be honest, if I'd have rated it then, it'd have been lucky to score a 4. But I've listened to it a few more times and the songs sound so much better each time I hear them. There are still some songs (the faster ones more than anything) that I'm not keen on, but that's probably because I don't expect them from the Arctic Monkeys. L.C.S, thanks and good luck to you too. I'll probably go to Kenilworth Road if it's a Saturday and I'm around for it because my mate said something about wanting to go and I'd like to go too. You were a decent set of fans when you came, probably one of the best we've had this year, so hopefully it'll be a decent atmosphere at your place. As for Wise, I think he's a good manager, and has done a relatively good job with that shit he inherited. He's certainly done better than Blackwell did for us (good luck with him by the way ) and far, far better than Carver was. We have only really been well beaten twice under him, Southampton at home and Preston away, arguably West Brom too. But as someone who watches them every week, they always look like they're in the game, which is more than we did for the first 3 months of the season. I dunno, I'd give him a chance next year, with his own squad of players and a full season with them. I don't really like judging managers in a short space of time.

And Lost Soul... my uncle actually said "They'll get an equaliser, typical fucking Manchester" or something along those lines with about 5 minutes left. Though personally, yes I did think they'd lost it. Still don't see United going through now with them conceding two away goals in the first half alone. I'm going for a 3-3 draw in the end here.

The reason Scholes is because he doesn't have anything OMFG WOW AMAZINGZ about him. He just does everything and everything exceptionally well. I mean theres players with better touch, better vision, better goal scoring prowess than him, but rarely is it all in one player. That's what makes Scholes as good as he is really. He deserves to be in the squad, Giggs I'd question but not Scholes. He's great. And it's Cesc Fabregas. And don't compare Scholes to a Roy Keane or Javier Mascherano, they're defensive minded midfielders, Scholes is a playmaking attacking midfielder, they don't compare whatsoever. Central midfielders, nonetheless. I'm not denying Scholes' abilities, he's a good all-rounder, but he doesn't excell in any areas and wouldn't come in my list of top 5 central midfielders in the premiership alone.
