This season has really been a bad one for you guys. Campbell is rarely 100% fit Reyes and (presumably)Cole are unsettled Vieira hasn't shown his past form Gilberto's injury Lehmann and Aluminium IMO, the main reason why your defence is leaking goals left,right and center, is down to Sol Campbell. He has struggled with injury, and he is not in good form understandably. The Arsenal defence really misses him. Not that having calamities like Lehmann helps either....

Well, Chelsea were totally outplayed in the game, I admit that, but their play struck a resemblance to the play we saw Porto played in the CL last season. They were very defensive, soaked up the pressure, got long balls to Deco at the other end, and let him try and create something. And I had a feeling during the match that, even though we were outplayed, we have a 1-goal lead, and we could at least take a 1-1 draw back to Stamford Bridge. That is, until the sending off of Drogba.

Many people have written off Arsenal's CL chances after that mauling by Bayern, but I think they are still in it. Their next tie is at Highbury, and I think Arsenal's forwards are more than capable to knock 2 past Bayern.

The biggest match IMO, is not Juventus/Madrid, is not Liverpool/Leverkusen, it's Barcelona vs Chelsea Both teams are top of the Spanish Primera Liga and English Premiership respectively, and both have had their ups and downs. I think the team did pretty well, considering that we had to play with 10 men for almost the entire second half when Bridge got stretched off. Kezman was really unlucky for his lob to beat Given, but not the crossbar. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. Bring on Barca!!!
