  1. The Matrix - 8/10 Still a great movie and I'm saddened that the sequels ruined the franchise, IMO. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure - 6/10 One of my all-time favorite movies that is still hilarious even if I've seen it about ten times. I've been on a Keanu bender recently and will probably finish it up with B&T's BJ. And the movie poster for Jersey Girl, would've been alot better for the DVD cover.

Deegan's 360 is pretty cool, even if it's not a real 360. Carothers move had to win because it's just fuckin' unbelievable. I bet if he did it many more times in competition, it would have to win everytime. It's insane. I'm waiting for Pastrana to bust out the Double Backflip but I don't want to see him get seriously hurt, either.
  3. The Village - 7.5/10 Really enjoyed the film, even though lots of people shitted on it and some people in my theater walked out. Not as good as Sixth Sense but better than both Unbreakable & Signs, IMO. Bryce Dallas Howard was great in her role, along with Joaquin Phoenix. Lots of twists and turns and I'd have to say, I never expected the ending.
  4. Seen a bunch of movies over the last three days. Secret Window - 6/10 I've heard people didn't like this movie and I was hesitant in renting it but I'm glad I did. It wasn't a great movie and it wasn't an average movie. I thought it was good, even if I had a feeling of what was going on. Depp was good, like usual but I really didn't like Hutton's acting for some reason. The Butterfly Effect - 7.5/10 This movie was really strange but it was also, pretty damn good. Kutcher showed he can do more than just comedies and Amy Smart was surprisingly good in her first 'major' character role. Loved the ending. American Pie - 7/10 This is still a funny movie, even if I've seen it about ten times by now. The pie gag is getting a little old but everything else is still intact. American Pie II - 6/10 The sequel is still good but just not as funny as the original. I never liked Alyson Hannigan as an actress but she's great as the nerdy girl in both of these movies. American Wedding - 7/10 The third installment in the AP series, this one made up what AP2 lacked. Stifler is still one of the best characters and not having Suvari or Kline, didn't hurt this movie at all. Lots of funny moments.
  5. Fisher with the .. Warriors? The hell? He'd be better signing with the Bobcats.

If you were on a show that you were winning a shitload of money at.. why the fuck would you stop? I know I'd ride it out for all it was worth.
  7. Well.. Lakers are fucked now. They have a spent cap until 2007. So they're fucked, anyway.
  8. He should go to the Clippers, just to royally fuck the Lakers in the ass.
  9. Kobe's gonna choose where he wants to go this afternoon and the Clippers made room for Kobe by making a trade with Charlotte. I have a weird feeling that he's gonna sign with the Clippers. And it looks like K-Mart might get traded in a sign-and-trade deal with the Nuggets AND Sixers. I don't know what the Sixers would get but it's said New Jersey would get 2 future first rounders from Denver & 1 from Philly. The Sixers better be getting someone good in exchange for this shit.. and I can only hope they trade DC to New Jersey.
  10. Martin Lawrence Live: Runteldat - 6/10 This was a pretty funny movie. I never understood why they just didn't make it into a Comedy Special but eh. I found it cleaning my room and never watched it. Lawrence is still funny but he's lost some of his appeal.
  11. Chucky was the best horror killer because it was a fuckin' doll! Who would suspect a doll? Like every little kid had a doll like that.. and the first time I saw it (I was 10 or 11), I was scared as shit to walk around in my house in the dark. That was a creepy ass movie.. and now, he's just the classic killer. After him, I would agree with Patrick Bateman. He seems like a normal guy and then goes nuts on your ass.
  12. Sidebar: Did Jeff really say & do that? If so.. he gains some overness from me. That's just awesome.
  13. That's a pretty damn impressive career.. but if it were for any other team than the Yankees, it'd be even better.
  14. Exactly. Duck Hunt Super Mario Bros. 1, 2 & 3 Skate Or Die Contra Tetris Battletoads Punch-Out Bubble Bobble
  15. The trailer alone made me laugh and it looks pretty funny. I'll be checking it out.
  16. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy - 7/10 I really enjoyed this movie. Will Ferrell looks to be the first comic to leave SNL to have any real success since Farley/Spade/Sandler. Lots of funny lines and some cool cameos.
  17. Empire Records - 7.5/10 I've always loved this movie for some reason.. starring a young Renee Zellweger, who was good in her part but Rory Cochrane as Lucas, was the one that really made this film go.
  18. Gotta go with good ol' Spidey. I'd have to say that Silver Surfer would be right behind him, followed by Wolverine.
  19. Ready to Rumble - 6/10 I loved this movie, just because it had parts that would probably actually really happen in WCW. And Oliver Platt was great as a Lawler ripoff.
  20. Hindsight is 20/20. Griffey was THE best player in baseball at the time, would you have argued if the Reds had gotten A-Rod in the offseason? The Reds made the right move in bringing in the best player in baseball and he wanted to go back home. Injuries happen. If he hadn't been injured, I bet he'd be chasing the homerun record with Bonds.
  21. Doesn't mean he still can't, it's only the fifteen day DL. I hope he comes back and hits 50 homers.
  22. I really don't like this deal for Miami because all they will have now is Shaq, Jones & Wade to go with a bunch of rookies. They had a solid core with Grant, Odom, Bultler, Jones & Wade with alot of role players on the bench and I think THAT team would have a better shot than with Shaq. Let's face it, Shaq is on the downswing of his career and even though he's a force, the Pistons prove if you let him get his shots/points and shut down everyone else, Shaq isn't a factor anymore.
