  1. Stats are needed before workers can be added to the game. I do not do stats, as I am not very good at determining them. If you can find matches for those you listed to back up your stats, then they will be added at Bill's earliest convenience. Are you his PA? After someone does updates for 5 or 6 or 7 or however many years Bill has done them, you kind of get a feel for the standard operating procedures if you view the update threads on even a semi-regular basis.
  2. Add loyalty between KAZE and Azteca. KAZE was trained by Azteca. Source: http://www.puroresucentral.com/KAZE.html Also add loyalty between Azteca and Cosmo Soldier. Source: http://www.wrestlingdata.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=1193
  3. Just leave Cornette's charisma alone. 94 is perfect. No need to raise it or lower it.
  4. Can anybody confirm that the download link worked, please? I'm seeing around 12-15 downloads for each file (you'll want to check alter ego and relationship primarily btw, as those are the two I spent more time updating recently and most of the others still need work). Anyway, I'm going to try to keep plugging away at this in my free time. Meanwhile, any feedback is appreciated.
  5. But the same can be said about those voting higher, they're just trying to bring the average up... Point invalid, sorry guy. And I do not think he should be in the 60s at all... Not 80s either though. Honnestly, 74-77 would be more than enough for Taker at this stage in his career. As someone else pointed out, though, there's a lot more variance from 0 than there is from 100. Someone could be a jerk and say he deserves 30 just to throw the average off. But anyway, I digress. I'm not really interested in arguing about it anymore. There's more important shit to worry about than one guy's rating.
  6. Well, I was being sarcastic about changing my vote to 100 to make a point. I think 81 or 82 is fine. Even the upper 70s is fine. In the end, if I really want to change it on my own, I will, and others will do the same. I just don't think it's accurate, and it's weird to me I suppose that people are suggesting low 60s for a guy whose main wrestling is brawling and he's been having 5 star matches or near 5 star matches for the last few years.
  7. Change mine to a 100 so the average comes out closer to correct, because it's obvious the guys saying 61 are trying to bring down the average. That's the problem with doing those. Some people are going to abuse the mean and state something 10 or 20 points lower than what they actually feel it should be so the average will come out closer to what they want. The fact is, Undertaker is still a great brawler. By EWR terms, he should still at least be an 81.
  8. Weird. That was the link they gave me. Try this: http://www.mediafire.com/?5xs0xn763vz9b
  9. Here's a link to the raw DATA files that I've recently updated: http://www.mediafire.com/myfiles.php#5xs0xn763vz9b Sorry about the delay. That's what I have so far, but there is still much work to be done. It's hard to find decent amounts of time to work on it, but I'm trying. If someone could help me out with Antonio Inoki's relationships - guys he would have been friends with who were around at this time, people he trained he'd have friendship or loyalty with, and even other people he disliked or hated... That would be wonderful. As of right now, I'm going back through the workers and double-checking things like relationships and promotions they're assigned to. I also need to set up a replacement txt file that shows which Touring promotions are used to represent the actual Touring commitments (example - World Japan wasn't around at this time, so I was using it for GAEA, but I don't know if I've been consistent...) Anyway... have at it. Any advice or suggestions or whatever is appreciated.
  10. Add a dislike or possibly hate relationship between Shelton Benjamin and The Barbarian. http://www.gerweck.net/2012/08/30/shelton-benjamin-shoots-on-the-barbarian-on-twitter/ Someone getting scammed in Nigeria. Hard to believe.
  11. Kris, I thought I had the latest data, and it shows Taker's brawl at 84 and tech at 52. His selling is 97, which I think is fine. Someone with 100 in selling wouldn't sit up/no-sell moves.
  12. Still planning on releasing something either today (Sunday) or tomorrow (Monday). I'm happy to say there are over 1500 relationships in the game and over 300 alter egos. There is still a LOT more to go, though. I've done quite a bit of work in those areas and a little in others, but again, the scenario is a work in progress. It's more difficult finding relationships or guys like Abdullah the Butcher, Abismo Negro, and other guys who are not in the game or deceased, for example. If anyone can get me a list of relationships for Abdullah and Abismo, that'd be great.
  13. This explains why Chael has been trolling Jones on twitter for so long. He knew this was coming, lol.
  14. Jon Jones is making history again... Youngest UFC Light Heavyweight Champion... First UFC fighter to be sponsored by Nike... and now the first UFC fighter to get an entire pay-per-view canceled because he ducked a fight with Chael Sonnen!
  15. I don't think Swagger's behavior should be lowered that much. It's not like he's doing hard drugs like meth or something... lol. I know marijuana is illegal, but there's nothing indicating he's going to be punished for it, other than some judgment from his fellow superstars. Still funny... can't imagine Jack Swagger of all people as a pothead. The book and the cover...
  16. I've made progress on it, but not enough to post (At least IMO). I have some vacation time coming up around the weekend of the 26-27, so I'll likely get SOMETHING uploaded by then. I apologize for the wait, but I want this to be a mega update.
  17. First, I agree with making WWE's three shows Raw, SD, and NXT. I don't think the rest need to be there. Second, I don't know if we're doing stats changes or suggestions, but I think Austin Aries' over should be boosted to 81 and his charisma to 85.
  18. I was wrong. I got some work done, but between some unexpected events, I couldn't do the amount I wanted to. I'm planning on just working on it throughout the next week or two and releasing something more promising, after I put some real time into it. I don't want to continue to do small-ish updates. With all the info I have to process and go through, I want the next one to be fairly extensive.
  19. I quoted Mr. Potato Head once upon a time. The next day, I had a mustache I could use as a unibrow and a pair of detachable ears.
  20. Thanks Bill, you do a awesome job every month! EDIT: Also, I'm gone suggest stats for Claire Lynch, first time I suggest stats, I accept any changes: I'd probably put Claire's charisma closer to 72-73. She can act okay, but she has weird mannerisms and facial expressions.
  21. At the time, TBS seemed a little lower budget between the two. TNT was more polished and trying to compete with broadcast networks by airing NFL and NBA (still do to some extent, I guess). TBS meanwhile had a lot of recycled comedy shows and such and some of their television wasn't as well-done. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I already did networks... Sponsors are still up in the air. I had a list I wanted to implement, but yeah, it's just finding time and getting around to it. Gonna try to get some work done on this stuff tonight, just analyzing what I have and going from there, hopefully finishing off alter egos.
  22. I'm hoping it'll be mostly complete. We have a lot of information. It just takes some sorting through, but as it stands now, I think the game will be at the very least playable.
  23. I'm going to lower WWF's image to 30%, compared to WCW's 60%. I took an average of the first month's worth of RAWs, Nitros, and Thunders, thanks to Gerweck: http://www.gerweck.net/tv-ratings/1998-ratings/ (Nitro in first column, then Raw, then Thunder last) I came up with the following conclusions... Raw's rating = 80% of Nitro, 92% of Thunder Thunder avg = 3.8675 Nitro avg = 4.4925 Raw avg = 3.5725 After finding different results with just a 25% PI gap, I ran a game as WWF at 30% PI compared to WCW at 60% PI and auto-booked the first RAW using a mix of main eventers and upper carders. I came up with the following results: I got a 5.43 rating for RAW. Nitro for a 6.86. That's roughly accurate (RAW is 79.15% of Nitro in that case). I advanced a couple days, and Thunder got a 5.36%. TBS's rating ceilings are relatively low compared to USA and TNT, but I don't really want to raise them a lot higher... At least Thunder and RAW are comparable (in the month of January, 1998, Thunder had a higher rating three out of the four weeks, while RAW beat them one week, so at least it's in the ballpark). So yeah... just a heads up in case anyone was wondering why WWF was lowered. I intend to release another update hopefully some time this weekend. We'll see how everything goes. I really want to look over all the data that Philahitman was awesome enough to upload.
  24. By the way, I definitely intend on giving you and others credit on all your work. I have a running list in my head of people to "thank" if I ever release a full version... DocPepper, Bill1996, Andrew (I don't know his full name, but the guy who did the original less detailed/accurate scenarios way back in the day) and yourself, as well as EWB in general.
