  1. Agreed. Roman Polanski may be a genius film maker, but he had sex with a minor, and the fact that he's famous doesn't make that okay. He should be tried and sentenced like anybody else. And the argument that the girl involved wants the charges to be dropped is a moot point; a crime was still committed.
  2. Well, there's 9 songs I won't be downloading.
  3. Rock Band DLC Additions for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 System and Wii Pearl Jam is an American band that became one of the precursors of alternative rock after forming in Seattle in 1990. 4. Well, I can't find it. PM me >_>
  5. You know Adebayor doesn't post on EWB, right?
  6. I was at City-Arsenal on Saturday. Happened to be in Manchester, so thought why not. Twas my first-ever Premier League game, and it was top-notch. I really don't understand why people were raving about Adebayor's performance though; I thought he did fuck-all other than his goal and that one run.
  7. Here's what I never understood about Oasis; Noel can sing almost as well as Liam, and does most of the songwriting, so why not kick him out and carry on?
  8. Black Ice by AC/DC Watching The River Flow by Bob Dylan Oh What A Night by Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons
  9. Oh, well in that case, I'll reserve judgement.
  10. They really should release the Lego tracks as DLC down the line. I have no interest in the Lego game because there's no way to transfer the songs, and the tracklisting is so awesome
  11. I'll get Dropkick Murphys and Kaiser Chiefs, but I really don't see why we need any more Foo Fighters.
  12. Bah. Ah well, still wanted to get the game.

  14. I pre-ordered GH5 today after seeing the offer. I was going to pick it up anyway, so it makes as much sense to take advantage of the deal.
  15. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wizard_of_Oz_(TV_series) Sure it's not that?

  17. They should have edited it for the home video release >_>
  18. So, I plan to watch all the UFC events, from the very beginning. Just got done with #1: UFC 1 - First off, the commentary is fucking dire. Also, the fact that it doesn't appear to have been broadcast live means there's no excuse for the sloppy cuts and general amateurish look. - Gerard Gordeau Vs Teila Tuli: This was awesome just because it was really short and probably not the ideal way to kick off UFC. - Kevin Rosier Vs Zane Frazier: Rosier looked like one hell of a badass in this one. The punches and stomps at the end of the match were brutal. -Royce Gracie Vs Art Jimmerson: I can't figure out why Jimmerson tapped out so quickly when he wasn't in any pain. Gracie is a machine, however. - Ken Shamrock Vs Patrick Smith: I fully intend to root for Shamrock simply because he's ex-WWF, and he did a decent job of ending this one quickly. - Gerard Gordeau Vs Kevin Rosier: Gordeau winning this with a broken hand was awesome. Rosier was very gracious in the aftermath, and he seems like a hard enough hitter, he just lacks stamina. - Royce Gracie Vs Ken Shamrock: Not my boy Ken . Yeah, Gracie won this one handily. No doubt he'll win the final. - Before the final there's an awkward ceremony where one of the Gracie family is given a plaque. Nice moment, or at least it would be if it wasn't blatantly obvious that no one in the crowd knew who the old guy was. - Royce Gracie Vs Gerard Gordeau: And he does. The final was all over rather quickly, but Gracie looked pretty much unstoppable. Yay for the big cheque. - Overall, a few good moments on the show, but nothing that really stuck out as something special.
  19. Something I noticed today while watching the final episode for about the fourth or fifth time; Aaron Sorkin has a cameo as one of the guests on the podium. Anyone else notice that, or any other odd little things?
  20. Sand. Lots of sand. But yeah, I've always liked Sven, so good luck to him.
  21. Proms on TV always look so lame. Do they tend to be in the school gym? >_>
  22. Now that's fucking awesome.
