    WWE '12

For those interested, xbox360achievements.org has recently posted the WWE '12 achievements, they can be seen HERE. It doesn't tell us who have RTW story lines as the secret achievements are still missing but it does elude to extra features of the new Universe mode such as been able to interfere in AI vs AI matches, I assume that's to further feuds more accurately.
  2. Who is it? I thought it wasn't announced till 2am?
  3. Just in case anyone didn't manage to get a ticket, head over to seetickets now because there has been a release of more tickets! Link EDIT: Just so you know, I got mine tonight, confirmation came straight through, none of this error stuff when you try to finalise the payment.
  4. Logan were really good actually, never heard of them before I went to the gig and they won me over. It was like Scotland's answer to Alter Bridge, wouldn't mind them getting a Download slot to be honest.
  5. Hot Leg supported Alter Bridge on tour last year in October/November-ish time and I saw them and yea... they were dreadful, I don't know if it was just because of how out of place it seemed inbetween Alter Bridge and Logan, but I really didn't enjoy them, but you know, each to their own.
  6. Not a bad set of bands, Staind will be good just to hear "It's Been A While" and I like Go:Audio and Sevendust so for me it's not bad, whats everyone's thoughts?
  7. Just as a little tid bit that I'm sure many may not care about but The Ghost of a Thousand, at their gig last night, self confirmed themselves for Leeds/Reading this year.
  8. Due to Footjob Fever making a good point I've added the next line to number 5 as its not The Beatles... oh and unfortunately YI got there first on Dammit.
  9. Thought I might as well join in on this bandwagon... 1) Life is fast but I don't want to live past you 'cause you are my only roots 2) Once divided... nothing left to subtract 3) Welcome friend, I have nothing to hide 4) Hey, it's your ride... 5) 1,2,3,4 (sang by multiple people at the same time and not in time with each other) 6) Chairs thrown and tables toppled... 7) Good morning heartache, you're like an old friend come to see me again 8) I'm feeling lost, I'm feeling like my heart has been carved out with a spoon 9) Cast off the crutch that kills the pain 10) Where's the emotion? 11) I'll tell you a story, believe me it's true 12) It's alright to tell me what you think about me 13) What a cunt this world 14) Dude, we've gotta fucking write something here... 15) Beat me up, beat me down, mess me up beyond recognition Also, YI: 1) Angels & Airwaves - Do It For Me Now Jam: 14) Lethal Bizzle - Police On My Back Big Hairy Man Face: 13) Is it Brand New - Okay I Believe You But My Tommy Gun Don't??
  10. A few Xmas songs I'd suggest are: Sick Puppies - Killing Myself For Christmas Rise Against - Making Christmas Jimmy Eat World - Last Christmas Useless ID - Worst Holiday I've Ever Had Blink 182 - Happy Holidays You Bastard Stand Still - I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus Reliant K - Santa Claus Is Thumbing To Town
  11. Also baddar, that song is really annoying me now, I quite like that song and now I'm also trying to find out who sings it...
  12. I've got the album as well and didn't even realise the name of the song was wrong...
  13. If were are talking about great pop songs from the yesteryears the how about: Michelle Branch - Everywhere Man, I loved that song, was so epic and just made American Pie 2... EDIT: After surfing youtube I think these few need a mention: Smash Mouth - All Star Unkle Kracker - Follow Me Shaggy - It Wasn't Me

    Reading/Leeds

Thought I'd update this thread with the latest list of bands to be added with the announcement of the Festival Republic stage. The headliners are: Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Late Of The Pier (Leeds Saturday, Reading Friday) Elliot Minor, The Audition, All Time Low (Leeds Sunday, Reading Saturday) The Kills, Wiley, Glasvegas (Leeds Friday, Reading Sunday) The others announced are: Black Acid, Black Kids, Black Tide, Cage The Elephant, Collapsing Cities, Emmy The Great, Fight Like Apes, Fighting With Wire, Florence And The Machine, Friendly Fires, Ida Maria, In Case Of Fire, Johnny Foreigner, Jubilee, Los Campesinos!, Louis XIV, Lovvers, Natty, Sergeant, TeenagersInTokyo, The Rascals, The Teenagers, These New Puritans, Twisted Wheel, White Denim, White Lies, Wild Beasts, You Me At Six (The bands in bold are just the ones I have an interest in) So, apart from YI's expected joy over Los Campsinos! (which is justified) whats everyones thoughts? I think it's a great set of bands unfortunately Dan Le Sac will clash with RATM and I'll choose RATM despite loving the DLSvsSP album. Also theAudition are a good band that I'll be going to see as long as nothing like Alkaline Trio clash with them which at this point they might do.
  16. Luckily it's the North East so it does what it typically does and rains the entire day or at least looks like it will, doubt I can be bothered to go now as its mostly open air ... I think.
  17. Well I thought I might make a thread about Middlesbrough Music Live festival because it's tomorrow and I did a quick search and didn't see any thread so apologies if there already is one! For those that don't know it's a free festival in Middlesbrough (obviously) from around 12pm till 10pm, it's my first time going but it looks to be a decent enough line up and plenty to choose from and you can't really complain all that much as it's free! The headliners this year are: The ones in bold are the actual headliners and those not are the support just before... Ash / One Night Only (TFM Stage - Main) Black Kids / Late of the Pier (The Mall - New Music stage) Sons and Daughters / Dan Le Sac Vs. Scroobius Pip (Metropolis - Diversity Stage) You Me At Six / We Are The Ocean (The Sumo - Alternative stage) Stephen Wright / Robert Maseko (Wordlfest - Global Music Stage) Billy The Kid / The Chapman Family (Homegrown Stage - Outdoor) Das Wanderlust / In A Furious Deathbed (Homegrown Stage - Underground) So thoughts, who's going, reviews (as alot won't see this thread till it's too late)...

    Music DVD's

I've got a couple of the VicTorV DVD's that came with Hawthorne Heights CD as well as a Discovering Silverstein and a Hawthorne Heights Live DVD, I've watch the VicTorV DVD's once since they are music videos from bands off Victory Records, haven't watched the Silverstein nor then HH live DVD. I do however love the DVD you get with the Cure's greatest hits of them performing the majority of the hits in acoustic form and its really good. I'm not a huge fan out watching music, like rvdwannabe I prefer to just listen to the music rather than watch.

    Peep Show

I am a massive Peep Show fan and I've got to say the first episode was good but nothing special but the second episode was brilliant, I was laughing from start to finish, the opening scene of talking about being a scout leader was great all the way to the scenes at the club, hopefully episode three can continue the high standard of comedy Peep Show puts out!
  21. For me it's The Clash, I don't know what it is about them but I'll put on an album, get really into the first few songs then after that I'll just find my interests drifting off and I get a bit bored of them so have to switch over to something I can get into alot more which is usually dependant on what musical mood I'm in at the time.
  22. My favourite class is just called "TomTom" and its M4 Carbine with AGOC MP5 with Red Dot Smoke Claymore x2 Overkill Last Stand A good class i have for S&D is called "Silence" and its Carbine with silencer Pistol with silencer (can't remember what thats called) Smoke Claymore x2 UAV Jammer Last Stand ... may later be changed to the perk that cuts movement noise down
  23. Now I don't mind a bit of Fall Out Boy from time to time and actually quite enjoy some of their earlier work but when I heard their cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart (originally by Joy Division... as if I needed to point that out) a feeling of wanting to just curb stomp the hell out of Pete Wentz and Patrick Stumps faces came over me all of a sudden... can't really explain that kind of feeling but they wrecked a brilliant song.
  24. You have to do the other HoF challenges first like the Bret Hart challenge and the SCSA challenge etc. which unlocks the extra arenas by raising your Hall Of Fame status. Once you've done the match when you've set it up yourself in exhibition you have to go back to the HoF menu before it registers it as passed.
