Change seems to favour the Chinese and their small group of Brazlilians who they want to cap and Munir who took his case to CAS. Would have both positive and negative connotations for us. It'll be tougher for us to cap tie young players but it allows allows players who chose England at a young age to change their mind. The change for example suddenly makes Michael Obafemi eligible for Nigeria and England again until he makes 3 more senior appearances or a single appearance once he turns 21. Any club that gets investment after the FFP rules were implemented to desperately keep the status quo, is looked down upon. Any achievement they make is lessened because of the money they spent and any shortcoming they have is mocked for the same reason. The whole thing is tiresome.
