  1. It's interesting that you say that because the two biggest bullies at my secondary school were Grimsby fans.
  2. That's what you need when your team's been doing nothing all game.
  3. Argentina need to break Mbappe's legs if they're going to win this.
  4. Speaking of making shapes, I'm amazed at how generous the Puyo Puyo Tetris demo is. You get the standard and Swap modes, as well as local multiplayer, and nothing I'm bothered about is restricted to the full game. It's remarkable how, in a day and age where very few publisher-funded games even have demos at all, there's one that bypasses any temptation to buy the full game.
  5. I'd like England to win, but I'd also dread the aftermath. When England won the Rugby World Cup in 2003, people who weren't usually fans of the sport came out the woodwork and started with the nationalistic toxicity. A global football victory would generate that on a much larger scale. I agree with this in principle, just as I'd agree that people labelling all Liverpool fans as hooligans because of the actions of a few at Heysel would be wrong. Having said that, though, the bad incidents stick in the mind easily. A lot of Leeds fans still despise Galatasaray, for example. I've known several fans of the Welsh rugby team (most of whom are at least half-English, but who jumped on the Welsh bandwagon during the mid-2000s) whose cockiness, combined with the self-indulgent pomp and circumstance you get at The Millennium/Principality Stadium, makes me want to see them lose. I find their football fans to be generally solid, on the other hand. I find that Scotland has its fair share of nationalistic twats at their rugby matches too, and considerably worse are the Old Firm teams, who have some unpleasant characters in their fanbases too.
  6. A match against Colombia will probably mean the unearthing of more archive footage from France '98.
  7. True. Taking John Stones off was a mistake.
  8. I know that was then, but it couldn't be again.
  9. It'd be funny if England go and lose to Japan after all this.
  10. A quarter-final between Brazil and Belgium is an exciting prospect.
  11. Nice choices for the right and left wing.
  12. This could be like the South Park episode where both teams try to lose at baseball.
  13. What's your reaction? I know his Peterborough run ended badly, but he started well. Doncaster's last two managers have previously been sacked by Peterborough. You'll now need to pray that that trend doesn't continue and leave them with Steve Evans.
  14. Playstation Plus for July contains considerably more Jason: Absolver (PS4) Heavy Rain (PS4) Rayman 3 HD (PS3) Extreme Exorcism (PS3) Space Overlords (PS Vita + PS4) Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma (PS Vita)
