  1. This is a match that both teams would kick themselves for losing.
  2. Rashford found a good way to avoid a VAR check there by missing a sitter.
  3. I find it to be enjoyable as something to do while listening to or watching sport. I feel as though it's verging on being very good, and perhaps this entry could achieve that if it can inject a bit more soul into the off-track management. If I'm being realistic, though, I'm not sure I have much hope for the series in the long term. I'm just not really sure there's enough of a market for sports management games to make anything outside Football Manager and OOTP sustainable, especially if you're paying what must be a significant amount for the F1 licence. I think it might be best to put a management mode in the standard F1 games, a bit like they do with the likes of Madden and what used to be FIFA. It would certainly make me more likely to play them.
  4. Italy came very close to winning four matches in this tournament. Only Ireland managed to significantly outplay them.
  5. Gibbs-White could be brilliant if he knew how to take set-pieces. It's amazing that Forest keep putting him on corner and free kick duty because he hardly ever beats the first man.
  6. At least Wales will have something with which to stir their casseroles.
  7. Go on and win the whole thing now, Coventry.
  8. Liverpool v Milan would be an interesting setting for a replay of the two Champions League finals, only in the Europa League. It would be like watching Hogan v Flair in TNA.
  9. Luton v Forest on Saturday will be massive. If we assume that Forest get a six-point deduction, a win would put them level on points with Luton. A draw would leave them three adrift and a defeat would make the margin six points. There's a good chance it will be the relegation decider.
  10. Basing it on coefficients would be rubbish, so they'll probably do it. At least using the league format as a basis would lend the otherwise dead rubbers featuring qualified teams a bit more significance.
  11. F1 Manager 2024 will have a Create-a-Team option, as well as a new mentality system that supposedly gives drivers and staff members individual personalities. Curiously, the press release says that the game will cost £29.99, which is about half as much as its predecessors.
  12. I still think Man City will win the title again, but it's nice to have an exciting last couple of months of the season.
  13. Just wait for her to get into the final because someone drops out.
  14. Honestly, Ireland, you can't go losing to developing nations like that.
  15. F1 Manager 2024 was announced today, with the first details being revealed on Tuesday. I hope they can improve on the personnel management and add some more variables into the game world because there's a promising racing experience waiting to be fleshed out.
  16. I would recommend Sifu, especially with the difficulty settings they added. It's a very solid beat-em-up with an interesting "lives" system that is worth experiencing.
  17. Unicorn Overlord is getting very positive reviews. It seems that this year has already been stellar for the kind of games I like.
  18. Thankfully, they weren't seriously injured, but it brings back bad memories of the Leeds fans in Istanbul.
  19. Something that's always popping up in my Youtube feed is Stuttering Craig's new podcast. It's essentially just a MAGA-worshipping cesspit of the worst far-right "gamer" Youtubers.
  20. Apparently, the Persona 3 DLC will be free for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers as part of the monthly Perks offerings.
  21. The presenter couldn't sound more bored.
  22. Ryan Garcia appears to have lost his mind. He claimed yesterday that he was kidnapped by global elites, tied to a tree and forced to watch Satanic rituals involving trafficked children.
