To be fair, we lack world-class goalkeepers in all aspects anyway, so I don't see how James is any worse than Robinson or anyone else. Besides, James is only a liability if he's under pressure. Robinson could have let in a few goals against the Dutch. It's only because they never piled the pressure on us that we drew. ←

I managed to catch the goals on Sky Sports news. Great free kick. I might try catch one of the games. We really do seem to have some great talent, especially Leigh Mills who is highly rated. Ifil has already proved he can hold his own in the Premership so hopfully we'll see these in the first team in a couple of years.

I've just reached probably the most frustrating stage. I finished third with Spurs in the thirs season, which is obviously good. Then I quickly looked at renewing some contracts. The like of Ledley King, Robbie Keane, Jermain Defoe all say that they don't feel Spurs have the resources. Arghhhh!!! This now means I'll probably just have to get rid of them most likely for a knock down price which will anger the fans for selling influential players and leaving massive holes in the team. Looks like it's back to the drawing board.

Just saw it on NME.com. I was really really hoping Pete would go and him and Carl would get back together, but it just wan't to be. At least Carl showed some sympathy to him and maybe one day they can reunite.

The first half was boring apart from a couple of tricks from Ronaldinho. I'm suprised that Gerrard is still on the pitch 15 min from the end though.

Exactly. Most games like this just turn out crap with no proper tackles being made. I just hope they play competitively. I know the whole idea is to raise money for the disaster, but they should at least try to put a good show on.

How much would I expect to pay for lessons?

Basically I've been thinking for a while about starting to play a musical instument and I've now decided I fancy learning to play the guitar, but just need a few questions answered. How much would I be looking at to buy an accoustic guitar? Nothing too flashy, just something for beginners. How easy is it to actually learn to play? Will I need to get tuition or is it something that I can just pick up myself and learn slowly? Any help will be much appreciated.

I heard that Defoe worked extremely hard, was a big influence and deserved a goal. Either way, as long as the team won I'm a happy chappy.

Spurs have made an £8 million bid for Dawson and Reid. Lot of money for a couple of Championship players, but I hope it all works out well.

As a Spurs fan I'm glad to see him go because he always slagged them off. As a viewer of Soccer Saturday I'm sad because him and Jeff had a great chemistry which made for so many funny moments.

There was so much hype in the UK and there are so many advertising boards with it on, but it is comepletely crap. I don't understand why the Americans like it so much?
